Perfection! Pleasant surprise when you show up to your rental and it’s even better than the pictures. We stayed at Villa Playa Oria and the property was fantastic! The service was seamless and they do a great job at making sure you are happy and satisfied. I would recommend you give Erica and Ryan with Kare management a try if you are interested in visiting Puerto Rico you won’t be disappointed!!

We just returned from a week in Rincon, which he do annually for the past 15 years. This year we stayed again in one of Ryan and Erica's properties, Tranquillo, and had another great trip. The house was everything it was hyped to be and a perfect luxury house in a perfect location. Ryan and Erica were the best hosts and made sure our trip went seamless by managing any small item that needed attention and staying in contact to make sure we were good at all times. Kare Management properties will be our only choice in coming years as we return.

What a great 3 week stay at Casa Kristina in paradise. Erica and Ryan were fantastic hosts! The location couldn't be beat, within walking distance to wonderful food and beverage and of course the beach.Our entire family would highly recommend. We hope to return as soon as possible.

Villa Playa Oria - This home and property are amazing! It is gorgeous, spacious and clean. Upon arrival you feel like you are in paradise. We had 2 families, a total of 10 people. Everyone had their own room and bathroom. This location is everything. It is steps away from the beach and a short walk to surfing beaches and restaurants. It's a short drive to more beaches, restaurants and stores. Ryan and Erica are very attentive and readily available to answer questions and assist with anything to make sure you have the best vacation. We hope to return to this home. Book it, you won't regret it.

Ryan and Erica are outstanding property managers, but even better people. When selecting a rental property they take their time to make sure you pick the property to really fit your needs. If any issue arose they resolved it faster than expected. Erica even made dinner reservations for us and it was awesome. Highly recommend! Thanks guys! We had a wonderful family vacation in large part due to you.

Kare Management took care of placing us in a beautiful home for Xmas week. We stayed at Casa Rita for 7 days. It was a wonderful experience and we would love to do it again. The home was so comfortable with every amenity and the most beautiful pool and outdoor kitchen. Thank you Kare Managemnt for taking such good care of us while we were this Xmas week! Hope to stay at Casa Rita again!
