The Azure place apartments in Memphis, Tennessee staff are very good con artists. They "corporate" are just people that don't care about problems. If you move here be sure to keep all receipts and if you have any trouble don't be scared to invest a lawyer.

Management that this Company has chosen to put in place to deal with tenants are Rude, Will Lie, and use every means to avoid tenants when there is a problem that needs solving.
When giving Final Notice about vacating An appointment was set for a Walk Through. Management never showed up for Final Walk Through and than refused to set up another appointment
I left due to a burglary and my Cadillac windshield being shot at with bullets. Gave my 30 day Notice.
Aug 30 was my last day
It is now Nov 6 and no one will answer Emails or Phone calls or Snail Mail as to where my Rent Deposit is.
They have not responded at All
While residing at Rio Volcan the apartment across from me had broken out windows and glass was spread about even on the sidewalk for over 5 months.
The Management lost the key to my apartment at one time and did not inform me for almost a week. A week and one half later my apartment was burglarized and Management informed my Rental Insurance Company that they suspected I did my own burglary!!! Having USAA for over 23 years they followed through with a short investigation and did not believe the Management
I was able to collect my claim
This was only one of the incidents I had occur with The Manager.
When I moved out in a state of shock due to the burglary and my car being used as a target for gunshot. I left behind expensive frying pans ( Brand New Paula Deen ). When I requested to back into the apartment which I had paid rent for until the 31 and it was not the end of the month yet. Ms Marissa The Manager refused me entry and told the Officer on the phone “There is something wrong with this woman, She is not right”. Ms Marissa lied
This Company also filters money through individuals Portals. There were times over $800.00 was in my Rent Portal and I did not put it there and when I questioned it I was told it was not my money. And when I asked what was it doing in my Portal. I never got an answer
What is going on on this Complex. And Management? It needs to be investigated!
Would like to update
As of today I have been contacted by New Management and find the New Management is making considerable improvements. They personally reached out to me and corrected the wrongs that had been done to me that they could. And it was much more than I expected.
I hope to see much improvement in this property as time time goes by
And I will change my Stars to 5 Stars after yesterday and today’s involvement with the New Management

Got sick of month long inspections for maintenance that had never been fixed in 4 years. They would give us a notice for an inspection for anytime in a period of 3 weeks. Expecting to lock up pets that don't normally get locked up for 3 weeks. Then when and if they did show up they only rigged things up to pass. This company is a giant slum lord.

Worst company I ever dealt with in my life! The leasing manager Latosha from the apartment complex in Houston Texas called Stonehaven Apartments, she is very rude, uneducated, and not Professional. We have so any complaints on her from Several Residents. She yells at you and Belittle you. I have called Envolve LLC and have not head from upper management. She has threatened me and said “she would put a violation on my lease”, just because I talked back to her to defend myself.

I’ve literally called time after time to speak with someone left voicemails emails as well no one Ever gets back to me, Azure place took my deposit they put false charges on me thank god I took a video of my last day in my apartment someone needs too get back with me by the end of this week before I seek legal action.

This place here at Hedgerow apartments is horrible.these new people they(envolve) placed here are unprofessional,they won't answer the phone or their email.it is hard to get in touch with those people over there in that office. In my opinion they should have left it like it was at first with Ms Lisa Fields and Ms Diamond, now they were professionals and they would assist you with your needs and they cared about their senior citizens like myself and other Residents here but hedgerow new people that's in that office should have left them where they came from And always making changes.This place is Horrible I would advise any body NOT to move at Hedgerow Apartments, I can't wait to get away from here. I have been here Ten Years and seen so many changes from bad to worst.

I've had several months where I've been late and these people work with me every time hands down I recommend them if you're ever having problems getting by month to month and for some reason you run into an issue, as long as you pay, you stay ,hard to find that at least for me....

UPDATE 2: same story different verse. UPDATE: Got a new manager Gracie who seems to be trying to turn things around. She got me into a downstairs unit and is responsive to calls and emails. Hopefully things keep improving so I will bump up my review on stars. OLD REVIEW: They don't care about their residents. They can't keep staff say they can't control their remodel crew. I have waited over a year for repairs. Right now it's been a year with no working dishwasher 6 months with only half the stove working, 18 months with a window that won't close. I am handicapped and have asked for a simple accommodation of moving downstairs. Vacant unit for six months right below me but nothing. Remodel crew came out to replace the light fixtures and now I have gaps in the wall on the switches.
