Aunque le tomó a Progress 7 dias mandar a un técnico a arreglar mi regadera, puedo decir que estoy muy satisfecha con el servicio del Sr. Carlos Hernández, hizo su trabajo minuciosamente para arreglar la descompostura y se aseguró de que todo funciona apropiadamente antes de dar por terminada su visita.

DO NOT rent from this company. They will nickel and dime you for every cent. Everything is great when you move in, but it is a nightmare moving out. The move out process was a disaster in more ways than one, even though we followed their instructions to a tee. I had to request a copy of our move out ledger because it wasn’t provided to us, even though we were told it would be, and that’s how I found out that they took $700 from our security deposit for property damages, including $500 for paint, and didn’t notify us before they mailed the check. The charges aren’t justified. You can see in these photos that the walls are in great condition and don’t need to be painted. We were great tenants, were never late on rent, and left the home in great condition, yet they still found a way to get more money from us. I asked them to provide proof of the damages and have yet to receive a response. The only way to communicate with them after you move out is by email because they don’t want you to be able to speak to someone directly about disputed charges. This is a questionable practice that lacks transparency. Beware of this company. Even when you do everything right, they will treat you poorly.

Most of the positive reviews are for individuals who haven't moved in or just moved in. Beware, the company is non-responsive during actual issues. They will ignore your maintenance requests, hang up on you, and overall just overwhelm you with incompetence.

Their landscaping is a huge eyesore and they do not maintain their property.

I have had the first and best experience with Progress Residential. April H. is a god send. She was able to expedite our move in the home in Texas due to the fact that we were traveling from Minnesota to Texas for our big move. THANK YOU so much!!! I would recommend this wonderful woman.
