We have been under the care of Blue Horizon for about 2 years, and we love it! Although this review is specifically for Emilee K.
She has always been pleasant to speak with and is very attentive to matters and will find you a resolution right away. She is what customer service is and should be , thank you Emilee for always going above and beyond to make sure we are taken care of even in the slightest form. Please consider this feedback when she has a review/and or evaluation, she deserves a raise!

I have nothing but the best things to say about Blue Horizon Management company. I worked with Robert to help lease my current apartment and he has been nothing but helpful, professional, kind, and informative! He truly knows everything...and goes above and beyond to help me as a tenant feel supported and taken care of. In addition, the remainder of the staff is equally as kind and efficient and quick to respond to any maintenance requests or other questions/concerns. Their promptness is especially noticed and appreciated.

Blue Horizon took over as the management company for the property that I live at in the beginning of this year. Since then we have had a leak in our gutter and a malfunctioning washer/dryer unit. Emilee has done an awesome job coordinating solutions to both issues in a timely manner. The gutter drainage system was reworked and improved, and the new washer/dryer is state of the art. I can tell from these experiences that Blue Horizon is willing to support investments in their properties to create long-term, effective solutions.

Recently moved into one of the Blue Horizon Management properties and it was such a breeze. Patrice was exceptional in helping us get settled in. Her warmth definitely stood out to us as we searched rental properties and she is so personable, I feel like I’m chatting with a friend. The day we got the keys she baked us pastries and it was the cherry on top! Emilee has been wonderful in handling all of the maintenance requests and has been very responsive in getting our concerns resolved. This company is great, but definitely because of these two employees.

During the remodeling of my unit I have been a visitor to the management office in the community. I am not yet a resident of Encina Royale, but I have been a Unit owner for eight months. During this time I have had regular conversations with two Blue Horizon employees: Isabel Cardenas Silva and Leo Rojas. This public posting is my opportunity to commend and thank both of these fine Blue Horizon employees for always being forthcoming, efficient and gracious to assist me to solve my situations. These experiences have also predisposed me to be eager to meet other employees to be looking forward to living among the many other residents who regularly greet me as we pass on the sidewalks.

Blue Horizon was fantastic at helping us get our oven replaced and shelving converted. Emilee was especially helpful in timely communication between us and the vendors who were working on the project. The whole thing was seamless and we are happily enjoying our new set up! Oli is incredibly friendly whenever I speak with him on the phone and works quickly to get contractors out to resolve any issues in our community.
