Had a great experience with Serenity and Amelia. Serenity was very quick to accommodate my last minute needs of a place for a family member. I would’ve loved to have been able to have the place at the originally showed us, but it was already taken. Amelia took a better part of her day showing me other units, and stated that they would have another one ready as soon as possible. I love the fact that both ladies worked with me while my family member had to be at work and was not available. Repairs and replacement of items was done as stated. Home was clean, with only minor repairs having to be completed. The app is very easy to use. I appreciate the communication and follow up!

I really liked living here. Lupe is great. She goes way above and beyond what she is supposed to do. I especially like how personable Lupe is. She makes you feel so welcome and makes sure you are satisfied before you leave with whatever issue you came to her with. Love love Lupe.

If you’re looking for a place…you cannot go wrong with Fowler. I have had several apartments in the past and I have never had a property management company be so communicative, helpful, and willing to problem solve with you and help you get the best place for you. I worked with Kris and he is absolutely amazing. Any questions I had I would text him and he would get me the answer whether it was in or the same day he got me the information that I needed. He and his team genuinely care about their tenants and the options that are best for them.

I do not recommend moving anywhere that is under Fowler Property Management. It is 9 days past when I should have received my deposit back. (39 days since moving out) I have been calling and emailing the company all week trying to figure out why I have not received my deposit back and they have not given me any answer other than I will email so and so. It shouldn’t be this much of a headache to get a deposit back.

I have been at Meadows for almost a year and when I tell you the management is so polite and helpful! I love it here my apartment layout is BEAUTIFUL. I will definitely be renewing here, very affordable.

Poor experience with this management company. First time living in an apartment and it has not been a great experience working with Fowler. They do not take management of their properties seriously. All maintenance requests are ignored, no one answers the phone when you call, there is no security on our property with functioning locked gates (5114 Bryan St), it’s disgusting and unkept around the property, the cameras don’t work, and the list goes on and on. Poor excuse for a management company and won’t be renewing my lease.
