Worst property management I’ve ever worked with. They care only about taking care of the owners and not the renters. We paid $2600 a month rent and lived in a nice neighborhood. The house should have been in very good shape for that amount of money! There were many things wrong when we moved in, like
an extremely dangerous patio that was caving in and the request to repair was denied. We lived in the hot desert and the ceiling fans did not work and repair denied. They let the owners wait 6 months to put rocks in the front yard and allowed sand to fill our house and the neighbors yards. The only way we got rocks finally was the neighbor called and complained and then we got action. The front threshold was crushed and taped leaving a two inch gap and they refused to fix it. Again, they only care for the owners and not for the renters!!! We had over 400 photos of damage, dirt, unpainted baseboards and doors with gouges out of them. The electric stove shorted out and burners did not work when we moved in and it took over a month to get a replacement and then they chose the cheapest one that did not have a self clean feature. At move out I hired cleaners for the stove and house and left the house in better shape than when we moved in and they still charged a cleaning fee. They charged us for new filters which we had replaced 1 week before we moved. I could go on and on about my displeasure with STG Rentals! I wouldn’t recommend them.

GREATNESS about the STG Rental Management team! We have been renting with them for a year and a half now, and they have truly been amazing to us. From the moment we signed our lease, they have gone above and beyond to take care of us. The team makes us feel like family.

DO NOT RENT from this fraud Candice Cather. Moved out of Expedition DR last week and some of the pictures she added to our inspection weren't even from our inspection... Mind you, they would not allow us to be present for the inspection, or have an advocate present. A non-refundable "carpet cleaning fee" when we didn't even have carpet... This is her way of trying to make money by keeping our security deposit. Apparently, this happens more often than not as we were able to get in touch with previous tenants who had a similar experience. We literally have full blown proof her pictures are not accurate. Filing a complaint with the state and contacting an attorney is what we have needed to do, as it is that bad. Should have listened to my intuition from day one and avoided this whole nightmare. I'm sure she will respond with a gaslighting tactic as she does all the other bad reviews. We have plenty of documentation with thousands of pictures and videos all labeled and dated that would discredit any cleaning fee. Make sure you read your lease if going forth with this rental as landscaping will become your full time job, and you won't get your security deposit back. Candice truly is one of a kind is all I can say...

Absolutely awful management. Please save yourself all the trouble and find ANYTHING else.

Moved from out of state so we couldn't view the place in person before we got there. The carpets were disgusting and learned later that previous tenant had big dogs that had constant accidents all over. My baby was just learning to crawl and got severe rashes from touching that nasty carpet and they didn't care and it took weeks of us not even being able to live there because it was affecting my baby. Candice didn't care at all and said it's all as is and it took the carpet cleaning guy begging for the carpet to be replaced before they even considered it. Huge waste of time and money for us and I don't know what we would have even done if the carpet guy hadn't been able to get them to replace the carpets.
The place was infested with wolf spiders and the bathrooms were literally crawling.
Candice even showed me herself the pictures that were taken of the property before we moved in and you can see giant spills leaking out of the fridge even with those blurry pictures that hid all the other issues.
Overall it was just dirty and had mold growth in all the windows and holes in the walls. We were told it was "professionally cleaned" and typically I expect to do some cleaning upon moving into a new place but it was pretty low standard from anything I've lived in before.
Takes weeks if not months for anything to get fixed so if you have any major appliances go out then you're kinda screwed. They refused to fix the back door as well so we had to do it ourselves because it's kinda an issue to not have a back exit in case of fires.
Basically if you want to waste money renting but feel like you actually own the dang place and have to fix and upkeep everything yourself with zero perks of actually being a renter then I guess go with this place.
So shameful for a "woman owned business" to be such frauds. What a joke. So grateful to be out of their management finally after such a long year of dealing with issues.

I've been renting from STG Rental Management since 2017 and I don't think I've ever given them less than 5 stars! Always prompt, professional and their follow through is exceptional. The NICEST team!

We moved in last year, and the entire place was filthy! The carpet was so gross and had crusty spots. Later found out the previous tenants had a big dog they just let piss everywhere. We asked them to replace the carpets, and management wouldn't budge. We even went to the office, and Candice told us, "The apartment is reented in the state it was when you viewed it, so we aren't replacing carpets. " (if you wanna look at these apartments, bring a magnifying glass and feel everything)

HOWEVER, they said they were willing to spot clean it. I got the call from the very cool and compassionate cleaner to set up the appointment, and I told him how bad it was and that he might as well just not even try. He immediately said he would talk to Candice (was very shocked that he would do that for us). Candice calls me back and says the owner (the owner is pretty cool and was willing to fix up everything) gave her permission to replace the carpets. It took a while, and we're very grateful, but the story doesn't end there 🙁

They made us fill out a checklist form that mirrors the state of the apartment. We put dirty for the specific items, and the Candice called us furious and demanded that it was clean and we couldn't put dirty. We sent her our photos, and she sent us back her photos (her photos had the spills and stains in them)
We felt that if we didn’t comple that she would cancel the carpet replacement, so we gave in, put clean for everything, and cleaned it ourselves.

Oh, and as we moved out, we had help come help us clean everything so it was spic and span - we ven cleaned out the r refrigerator filters and mopped the floors and replaced lightbulbs. They still charged us a cleaning fee.

Again, the owner of our property was very willing to work with us. Handyman were willing to work with us, but Candice just didn't. We had a microwave die, and Candice made us wait for weeks for the warranty to replace it. She is perfectly willing to make people live without rather than than help them. A disgrace!
