Very clean and organized apartment. Inside was a nice surprise compared to outside appearance. Centrally located to drive to local attractions. Great location for walking to OCC for meals and shopping.
Well equipped kitchen for preparing your own meals and full size fridge with ice maker. Easy control for temperature inside and box fans available. Washer and dryer was a plus to pack clean clothes to go home.
Beds comfy with nice walk in shower in master bedroom and tub/shower in second bedroom.
Would highly recommend and hope to make this a repeat trip.

Really enjoyed the house and the stay overall. Location is close to multiple attractions but still feels like you can disconnect and enjoy nature. One thing I would recommend is a better pot and pan set for people who enjoy cooking. But other than that everything was perfect and will be staying there again on my next trip.

Philip’s home was perfect! We stayed for almost a week and a half and he really went above and beyond. He had ALL the essentials and then some. Traveling for medical treatment is never easy, but it’s people like this that just show little acts of kindness that really makes it easier to go through. He takes great care of his property. This venue is fantastic! I booked this amazing venue for my family coming in for a wedding, hoping to give them a fun/relaxing western experience. It did not disappoint! Everyone enjoyed their stay and were delighted with all that this gorgeous Ranch has to offer! They even saw a herd of elk on the neighbors Ridge! We are already planning our return trip!

What a great house and location for a family visit! We loved how spacious it was! There were plenty of areas that allowed us to spread out and have solo time when we needed it. The view kept us captivated and we ate outside on the deck almost every night. My dad enjoyed the backyard access to the river trail and the rest of us enjoyed the air hockey table. The location was perfect - 3 min from a grocery store, 20 min to Garden of the Gods, and 40 min from Pikes Peak. Would absolutely rent again!

We recently traveled to Colorado Springs and came across Hoste website with several listings in the area. We selected a rental based on location and cannot be happier with the accommodations. The listing online with photos was extremely accurate and the team was very communicative, providing us with email correspondence to ensure we were aware of trash pick up days. Kitchen and bathrooms were fully, including ample linens. The check in and out process was seamless and highly recommend this management company to friends and family.

We had a wonderful stay at the Heavenly tree house! Perfect distance from the bigger cities but far enough out to feel the peaceful, calming privacy in nature. The property Manager was available immediately with any questions I had and the place was kept very nice and clean.
Will definitely be coming back!
