The quality of living provided at the price you charge is ridiculous. You fail to realize that there are companies that set a higher standard and charge less money, leaving no reason for anyone to think highly of your company or any of the services your provide. No one should support this company, to allow better business people to enter the space. See my review on Mesa Ridge Apartments about mold at move in, constantly changing payment portal with new fees, and a failure to maintain home environment by allowing service projects to start first thing at 8:00 am. Gotta get those units flipped for more money ASAP!

They hired a landscaping crew that sprayed Roundup right next to my open kitchen window. This place should be condemned for cockroaches - the only apartment complex I've ever heard of in all of Colorado that has cockroaches. They let anyone with a fact ID live here and when those people destroy the public area, it's oops, we don't have any surveillance cameras to keep anyone safe. I wish to God there was a buyout policy for this lease, but they stipulate that you even if you die, your next of kin will have to pay. I wish the people who own this property mismanagement company would die so I could steal the valuables off their corpses. Looks like we'll have to sue our way out of here.

I have lived at The Hills Apt for 4 1/2 years and the 1st 3 years were great. Now they want us to live in a monastery with not having our personal items outside to make it feel like a home. Some of us have made our own community by making it look better. The owner has seen it numerous times and hasn't said anything about it. It's the VP that is ruining it for us. It should be the owners decision!!!

Edited to add that the response from the property is an outright lie. The incident happened on 6/17 and after 14 phone calls and sending my husband to the office physically to ensure they were on site I was able to get Mariella on a call on 7/5. I then called the regional office on 7/2. I missed one phone call from them 7/3 while I was at work. Called back 7 times and did not receive a call back until I left a voicemail offering to come down to the office on 7/8.

On two separate occasions faulty plumbing caused floods in my apartment, destroying thousands of dollars worth of my belongings. Mariella at Knollwood was of no help and just avoided my calls for 2 weeks. When she finally called she referred me to Mary Beth White at the regional office who also dodged my phone calls until I left a message saying I would stop by the office. They refused to do anything to make restitution for my destroyed belongings. Family photos, sentimental items and even the sonogram of the son I lost were all destroyed and MARY BETH DIDNT EVEN OFFER AN APOLOGY. Instead she very coldly told me that they would not be held responsible (although it was their faulty plumbing that destroyed my belongings).

Not only are these people incompetent, rude and lazy, but they are just awful human beings. If they had treated me with even a drop of respect throughout this then I wouldn't have left this review. I was nothing but calm and polite up until my very last phone call. Being ignored and told "tough luck" was so insulting that I felt obligated to share my experience.

The people at Griffin Blessing view their tenants as disposable, less than human, numbers on a spreadsheet. I am not disillusioned, I understand that a business exists to create profit, but after paying my rent on time for 3 years ROUGHLY $54,000 I would expect at least a little common decency. Instead of an apology, I recieved nothing but disrespect and attitude.

The people at Griffis Blessing, especially Colorado regional manager Mary Beth White, do not deserve your business.

I will make it a point to spread this experience with every person I can.

I will be placing paid advertising through social media with this experience as well to be sure that the good people of Colorado do not waste time and money doing business with this company.

An 8 hour maintenance window for a 30 minute task? Ironwood is tripping, and it has the mouthfeel of being vindictive. I have to take the whole day off to make sure mine and my roommate's possessions are respected, since these corporate HR-adjacent management folk are the kind to just say "take it up with your renter's insurance" if something did happen when bringing in 3rd party contractors. For an issue that we've had unresolved for 3 consecutive years, no less.

I'm lucky that I'm not under threat of being fired for taking time off to accommodate, because otherwise this would be untenable, as opposed to just frustrating. I still have to lose a day's worth of earnings, when I could've worked at least a half day if they had given me a 4 hour window instead.

It's clear that the carrot of pretending to care only comes into play when getting people to sign a lease. All smiles, but not your friend, and the mask is always slipping.

Anyway, I imagine I'm just pissing in the wind here since I have no doubt they're following their directives perfectly from G/B to maximize profitability and manage liability at the expense of their tenants.

How is this place still in business? Reading their reviews makes it apparent that they are horrible. I have been living at one of their properties (Shannon Hills) for almost 2 years. In that time I have experienced carpet beetles, mold, and a fire. Yesterday was when the fire happened and my unit had so much smoke (considering it was my neighbor) that I am having terrible headaches. Since I am not staying in the unit while I am waiting for the smoke to clear, I have asked for them to prorate my rent. The leasing manager (Crystal) responded so unprofessionally. She is constantly rude and unprofessional. One time I came into the office to find her extremely intoxicated with cigarette buts and empty bottles laying all over the office. She has terrible review on google and yet she has no repercussions for her actions.

Editing my review because Munica Armstrong was able to assist with my issues. She was kind, courteous, and extremely understanding of the issue was having. She was able to provide a ton of help. Knowing that she is a leader with a customer first mindset is very relieving.

One of our restaurant is managed by this company and they don’t have a way for you to electronically pay them and if there emergency you have to just pray to gods to get in contact with your on call manager on duty so is like having no one that can respond to your emergency. We have a bad leak on our roof and is starting to leak into our coolers and they just make us wait. I am not sure what I paid for here. My personal experience has just been not impressive since they are taking over. Now the ratings is all make sense now.
