TXRE has been great a building owner since buying our building. their improvements have been very good for the tenants. Kolby Dickerson has been a very good representative of TXRE and a pleasure with whom to work. He made the transition to dealing with the new ownership very easy. Ryan Gilbert has been a great property manager with whom to work and I have really appreciated his responsiveness and attitude.

Greg Hood and the folks at TXRE are great people. They take sub par buildings and restore them into not only beautiful but functional and cost efficient spaces for their tenants. We've known TXRE for a long time and they are very hard workers and have always been diligent about maintaining very good relationships with both clients and vendors. We would recommend Greg and any TXRE property if asked.
