We rented a Windermere property while we were waiting for our home to be built. Nora and Tillie were wonderful to work with. They returned phone calls promptly , answered questions thoroughly and took care of issues immediately. The property was meticulously maintained . Any issue we had was promptly addressed and remedied.
I hope the owner of the property we rented appreciates the care and attention that Nora gives to each place. She goes above and beyond to help both the renter and the owner. Thank you!

Being a renter and a landlord, Windermere Property Management has be very helpful to me. Specifically Nora Gibson. When I was a renter new to Boise, she found me our first home and, she was there for me with any needs I had. She is very kind, knowledgeable and informative. One of the best rentals I’ve ever experienced. Nora and Tillie were always so kind and prompt with responses. I always had my concerns addressed in a very timely and kind manner. The property we rented at Woodbine was our first time renting, so we were thankful that someone gave us, two younger couples, a chance when many other property management companies would not, especially having pets as well. Nora and Tillie were very easy to work with the 3+ years we lived at the property, and we thoroughly enjoyed our time spent there. They were very professional and open communicators, which led to a smooth experience from start to finish. Many renters have horror stories about landlords constantly hounding them or feeling like they're always being monitored, but besides a very easy and brief yearly inspection, as long as you're being a good renter by taking care of the home, paying your rent, and not creating problems for other renters, you can expect to not be troubled at all! It was a very comfortable 3+ years spent working with Nora and Tillie at Windermere Property Management and I would highly recommend them for your rental needs!

Nora is the best Property Manager I have ever worked with. Straight-forward up front with all the information I asked for and some I didn't know I needed. Rented for 6+ years and she was always helpful to us. She only does Property Management, she doesn't mix in other businesses and do this on 'the side'. That's what make her a Star in her Profession. She always answers the phone and if she can't, she calls back right away. I just don't know of another PM that can even compare. If there are other reviews that are bad, it makes no sense. the 'blame-game' is so easy to write about later with anonymity in a review, it is a joke. Nora is by far the benchmark in Boise for PM's.

Nora and Tillie are awesome to work with. We rented a really nice house. They are both high quality and personable. It was a stress free time. Not even remotely close to most rental companies. I highly recommend renting with them. Our experience was exceptional.
