I have called this number over 21 times my plumbing has backed up no one in the office attempt to answer the phone I've been calling ever since 11:30 it is 1:30 now no one has answered the phone 0 they refuse to answer the phone my plumbing is backed up so overflowing on the floor hot water heater cold water coming out I've been trying to get a hold to maintenance answer the phone but they won't they rent on time they don't want to do no work I'm so sick of this company I hate that I signed a year lease

Not a good company. Randomly sends notices for things you never did and threatens to fine you for said things with no proof. Also kept all the money for the entire shut down instead of refunding some of the dues when they closed the pool, spa, and workout room. Things that I bought my place for and paid to use for 14 months with no access while paying for them. No stars. Do not recommend.

They are super quick to follow up with anything the board or the community needs. Lisa and her staff Have been the best HOA company I have ever worked with. They treat all the board, and community members with respect and kindness, and are quick to respond to any of our needs!!!
Ps. I have tried not to call at night, or on a the weekends when they are not working, but even when I have, Lisa the owner of the company, has answered my call, and been concerned about my needs! (I am a board member of our community)

If you have under 10 homes in your community that require no work whatsoever and reside in Henderson then this is the management company for you. It’s a family owned business with minimal employees.

This is the worst management company I have ever had to work with. Lisa the president/owner is unprofessional and rude, she could benefit with a course on how to deal with people.

Instead of doing her job, she is quick to pass the buck. Blaming is her specialty, the board, the previous board, the previous management company, etc.

This company is the bottom of the barrel. Do not choose them! Desert living is a waste of homeowner’s dues.

Always do your research, check with your vendors and other HOA management companies.

We also had multiple vendors quit when they found out Desert Living would be managing our community. Facts don’t lie.

This is the worst hoa I’ve ever dealt with, no one should do business with them. They never want to handle issues. I live in a community with this hoa, I can’t even get a visitor parking pass for my 60 year old father who is a retired vet due to them not wanting to talk to anyone about anything and try to resolve issues. There’s 15+ plus parking spots that sit empty every single day, they say nope can’t get one sorry and hang up. What are the parking spots for if there not for visitor parking? My father got a note saying his car will be towed the first night unless you get a visitor parking pass. But can’t due to this company being lazy and not wanting to resolve issues. It’s harsh but the truth. This company would literally prevent me from ever buying another townhouse if they were the ones running it.That’s how bad it is.
