This company is a RIP OFF they charge me for things I never received like a pool key I attached pictures from when we exchange money for keys I only received a mailbox key house key and garage clip and for furniture that they left in the property and I was instructed I couldn’t move it Lee Goldman is a big liar and scam they do not return deposits they make up many things to keep it! Company is a fraud!!!! They sent a letter on February 8 that I never received until yesterday 4-4-24 may god bless them and convict them for their wrongdoing

I had an experience with this management company, and it was very disappointing due to their poor business practices. They decided to drop managing a property without notifying us in writing or letting us know in advance. Additionally, they made this decision because the owner, an elderly lady, called them for a follow-up. We had signed a contract, and this company did not adhere to it. This is the worst experience I’ve had with any company, and I will be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau."

You guys are “smoking crack”. The AC guy never showed up and I’m being charged $500 to clean the coils that you guys were responsible for a year ago. Then $800 to paint one room when we moved in your maintenance guy was focused on his damn date and we had to wait an additional 48 hours. My spouse then completed the painting for him free of charge. You guys can keep the money I prayed for you all last night!! God bless ? I’ve attached pictures of the place when I first moved in for people wondering. I have more pics just have to find my other phone. Also I spoke with Michael Cohen last week who tried to play with my face and tell me the check was mailed out you should receive early next week but instead we received a letter stating youll are stealing my money lol

We rented an apartment from John Kemper through EPro Realty this past year. They made the paperwork process very smooth and easy and were very friendly and helpful while initiating the lease. From the moment I walked into their office, I had a good feeling about renting from them - they were very professional while also being laid back enough to make jokes with me to make me feel more at home. Once moved in, we got immediate assistance with any maintenance issues; anytime we had a problem, we texted Mike Cohen and he had someone fix it right away. Great service for a very affordable price for the area (not to mention including the water, electric, and trash bills in the rent)! We would have renewed our lease if we didn't have to move out of state for other reasons. Overall, we are very satisfied after renting with these people and would highly recommend living here!

We used Lee Goldman when we bought my house 9 yrs ago and now that we decided to sell we used Lee again. Now with that said I have done a tremendous amount of upgrades since then. Anyway we signed on a Thursday afternoon, listed on Friday, open house on Saturday for 3 hrs and sold that day to a cash buyer for more than we asked for. We are very happy with the result, but be careful what you wish for. We had to be out within 3 weeks and sold all our furniture. Great Job Lee, we are off on our next adventure

Lee Goldman helped us with a very trying sale of a house when homes were not selling partially because of the high interest rates and the poor winter time of year.
In spite of this we had 4 different contracts. these included one client not qualifying, one who's adult child talked his parent out of the sale and another who under estimated the cost of putting in a fence.
Mr. Goldman was always there to answer questions, provide suggestions and help with the closing issues that invariably occur.

Thank you EPro Realty for making the sale of my home a great experience! Lee Goldman and John Kemper are the best and I would highly recommend them to everyone. They make everything easy, are very helpful in explaining all the paperwork and take time to make the seller feel at ease from start to closing. So refreshing to work with people who are not only good at their job but with people as well.
