Horrible customer service! Called to get price on a seat for a project. Guy on phone rudely yelled what model, told him doesn’t matter just need one for a project. He yelled at me need make and model I explained again any would work it’s just for a project yelled at me again for how many cars need model and hung up on me! Beyond pathetic to act like that! I will take my business somewhere else!

Went in to buy a spare wheel and hour before closing time, refused me service because said he's about closed...in an hour... And then took my number to not call me the next day about a simple spare wheel. Acted stuck up and as if he was in a hurry to leave or something and hour before due closed. Bought many parts here as a younger man and assure you won't waste my time to stop in again.

Went here recently to check on the availability of a used wheel after one of mine was destroyed after my car slid into a curb during a snow storm. Scott and Rafael were extremely courteous and and gave me great customer service. They ended up not having the wheel but
were able to find and recommend a couple of other places that did. I picked up my new used wheel the next day. Will absolutely use G & G again if/when the need arises. Highly recommend their great customer service! Thanks!

I wasn’t their long. I stopped in looking for an upper intake manifold for my 2006 escape xlt. The gentleman I spoke with there said they didn’t have the part I needed and found one for me in PA for a good price. I’m from the Cleveland Ohio area and I got one thing to say…. More people from Ohio need to come down south for extended stays and maybe the over all general politeness and common curtesy and willingness to help others will run off on them and they’ll bring some back to ohio. I was at G & G auto recycling for less than 5 min and I went in happy and left just a happy as I was coming in despite them not having what I needed. To the gentleman there that helped the guy from Ohio thank you very much for finding that part for me. I greatly appreciate it and I hope this review does you well. Thanks again

Bad customer service. Everytime I call. Person is always rude, no manners and hangs up before im even done explaining. Plus they barely have anything good available.
