I have never been so stressed about a ride., but this is ridiculous that I’m waiting two hours for a return trip back home from my doctors appointment. I called at 11am for a return trip and I am still waiting for the ride T 1:05 pm

I had a ridiculous screw up which affected my original medical appointments date and time which was the reason why I ended up experiencing what this company is like!
This company (S&G Medical Transportation) is by far the WORST medical transportation provider I have ever seen!! 40 minutes before my scheduled pickup time, I do spoken with them and they assured me I would make it to my appointment ON TIME! That could not have been any further from the truth!! About 15 minutes AFTER the scheduled pickup time, I called the driver at a number there automated call system provided me with. When I called, the driver said he was broken down on the side of the road and that he wouldn't make it, but the dispatch center was sending out someone else! They tried to confirm as much, but also said there was no way I would make it on time, and asked if I could move the time up an hour! I was able to do so, and then they said a driver was already in my city on a street a couple blocks from me. This was a lie! Or it was incompetence at its best!! Nobody ever showed up to take me!! I was trying to call them again and again with no answer 20 minutes after they told me someone was so close by, until they blocked my phone number instead!! Do not waste your time using this company for medical transportation services no matter what you do!

When nicely called and asked if drivers cannot honk horns excessively the dispatch was very rude. Call or ring a bell. People on the block have sleeping babies or trying to work from home. Just overall rude people

Never seen any business that arrogant and ignorant. Our disabled son was home sick trying to rest, SG Medical shows up and excessively honks horns under his window. Driver was too lazy to be professional and get out of car to ring door bell or making a quick phone call that he has arrived. When SG medical shows up to neighborhoods, its like a circus came to town. Full blown "we are special" attitude and total disregard to other residents on the street. Excessive horn honking and too lazy to be professional and get out of the car to ring a door bell or quick phone call, which is just common sence. Who cares attitude, screw everyone else and "we are special" by honking horns underneath other peoples windows, alarming entire neighborhood. What a disgrace.

This company has contracts with the state contractor MAS for medical buildings making it so that people using medical transportation.Suffice it to say, I wasn't born yesterday. If I could give zero stars I would, but Google doesn't let you. All of this is verifiable. Many would say this is a veracious account.

Miserable nasty unreliable unprofessional dirtbags. Call for trip on a Monday. No problem. Call Tuesday to confirm no problem. No show. Said they don’t do that route! WTH? Sitting here and missed an urgent medical appointment!

S&G is the greatest company ever. Very friendly, kind and helpful a full of respectful drivers! I only trust this company transporting me to medical appts they make me safe secure and out of danger.
