D&I Scott have been so good to us! Having had some building work done recently with a few shared repairs coming to light, they've responded extremely promptly to get the necessary work pushed through so we could have a functional flat again rather than being stuck in factor limbo as often happens with these things. Their prices are reasonable and they're great at following through with building repairs with transparency and politeness. Finding a decent factor can be a faff, but D&I are some of the good guys for sure 🙂

In my experience D&I Scott are fair and transparent in all matters relating to the building. Thankfully we haven’t had to get lots of communal work done, but when we have had to, the quotes obtained were reasonable and the work has been done well by honest tradesmen. They are also super helpful, friendly and quick to respond to any queries - Liane usually deals with my building and she’s excellent.

Reported a problem with a lack of cold water in my bathroom after work was undertaken in the loft/cold water tanks, Marie @D&IScott responded quickly to my emails, got in touch with plumber - he was brilliant-btw- problem solved within a matter of hours, brilliant service. Would avoid at all costs where possible - fraudulently obtain payment via blackmail, go 12+ months with no communication then produce obscene bills that lack any substantial paper trail, extremely rude, unprofessional & unhelpful staff & overall poor service throughout the 5+ years I have lived at property. Have been advised by third parties that they also had extremely negative & unprofessional interactions with them.
