Brooksource is awesome! My recruiter was very persistent and passionate. I didn't experience any of the problems stated in the previous reviews. The days I forgot to fill out my time sheet, I received an email, a text, and sometimes phone calls. They took me to lunch every other week. The days I couldn't make lunch, they brought it to me and the entire team. I was checked on frequently to see how my job role was and to see my satisfactory. Out of all the recruiting companies I have been with, Brooksource is by far the best experience. They are highly recommended.

Going to share a previous experience I had with this company circa 2013.

Offered a job, making pretty good money.

2nd day working, got told I would need to switch contracts to a job, making 1/3rd. BUT, you get benefits they said.

Those benefits aren't worth the 100k pay-cut.

Steer-clear. They will bait and switch you.

Update: The management team took responsibility, and acted swiftly to resolve the situation. After discussion I was assigned a new recruiter and an in person meeting was arranged the next day. After this experience, I can say that it seems to be an isolated quality issue, and I have high hopes moving forward with Brooksource.

I was contacted by by a recruiter, I wanted to inform you that he is absolutely unprofessional, and you should probably reevaluate his employment. I was contacted on Monday 08/26. He wanted to jump on a call within the next 24 hours. So I sent him a reasonable time that would work for both of us. He never confirmed the time, and did not message me back until 1 hour before the allotted time. He asked me if we could reschedule and I agreed; I then set up a time on his Calendly that worked for both of us that he agreed to (it was the next day). I then waited for the call, but it never came. He had forgotten about the call even though it was on his calendar. He said he was sorry and asked to reschedule to today at 1pm. I said that it is fine, because I am really interested in 7-Eleven's employment opportunity. He messaged me this morning confirming the call, but when the time came he forgot about the meeting again. I have now wasted hours of my time waiting for an interview with your employee that continues to have 0 respect, and decides to not care about appointments to the point he just will ignore them.

Upon returning company equipment I was given my paycheck for the current week, but somehow I wasn't given my check from the pervious week. After informing the staff of the oversite the real issue came into play. I wasn't given an explanation as to where the check was that was generated and issued for the previous pay week, I was told that they have my bank account information and that they would reissue the check to me via direct deposit as soon as possible. Keep in mind they were unable to reach payroll, not sure how that conclusion was made. Anyway, I contacted payroll myself and there was no answer I also left a voicemail, no response. I assume the payroll department isn't open on Friday. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Stear clear of this place for employment opportunities. They low ball you on any contract they handle. You will find out the people around you from other employment agencies are making up to 30% more than you. They figure they can find someone to take what they offer so you will get passed on a job if you don't take what they offer. Ross Norcom and Jason Caress and another employee named Lauren are complete scum. As a military veteran I dissuade anyone from working for this company. They have broken countless Texas wage laws for not paying employees on time and will be held accountable in the end.

I can't thank Brooksource enough for helping me manifest the job & pay I desired. Hayes made the process real smooth for me & the team continues to visit and bring breakfast / lunch even after I've converted over.

Do not apply for this company if you are in school, I applied for the overnight position which I was overqualified for and they did not hire me, didn’t even give me a chance to work within the 60 day period. DISCRIMINATION against college students !
