Brought mower in 3 weeks ago. They said it would be ready in a week which I took with a grain of salt. I called 3 weeks later, and the lady at the desk said she couldn't find the ticket and would call me back. She never called and did not return my two follow-up calls. I went to the shop the following Monday, and the repair person said my mower was next and would be ready in 2 hours. I went to pick it up on Friday and nothing had been done. I would not count on these folks

I always hold my breath going to a new mechanic....how are they going to screw me? What a great experience with G&M. Thoght I blew a clutch on my riding mower...they came on time, picked it up and told me it would be a week..2 days later they brought it back to me with just a new belt and a good cleaning. Honest, fast and smart....highly recommended by cynical me!

Complete thieves, took my zero turn mower in for a maintenance, and they stole parts off it replacing with cheaper valued missing bolts that were there before taken in and they replaced an ignition key that completely fell apart as well as wiring things backwards... terrible business.

Hard pass on suggesting these folks to others after it's been months and still no positive word on my generators, one of which appeared to only need some welding touched up and maybe some gaskets replaced.
Pretty upsetting considering I'd rather promote a small, family owned business than be upset with one over feeling lied to as well as it taking beyond acceptable time to have any news simply because the mechanic knows it all but they're never there or available.
Just about ready to pick up my 2 generators, that I need to help keep food from spoiling and animals having fresh water because I've had no power since campfire '18, and take them else where at this point.

Holy hell I am pissed. 3 weeks since I dropped off my mower for a simple tune up. I call yesterday because I havn't heard anything. Incredibly rude lady says "I have not called because it isn't done"...uh wow thanks. Today I get a message "your lawn mower is done the final bill is $111.00. Holy hell. The lawn mower is a $190 mower. What the hell. They are going to get a piece of my mind tomorrow.
