Amazing service. We are visiting from our of town and had someone hit the back of our rental. We called and they were able to fit us in same day and look at the car and push the bumper back out. The gentleman that helped us was so friendly and nice. If we lived closer this is where I would bring all of my cars for repair.

In the past 3 years, I have gone to G&C on two separate occasions due to unexpected accidents with my vehicle. My insurance provider had them as a preferred shop and both times they were nothing short of amazing. Extremely professional and efficient. I was given daily updates from Justin on the status of my vehicle each time. All their staff are extremely knowledgeable when handling repairs with insurance companies and they also helped to ensure my rental car was available for me at the time of drop off for repairs. I have nothing but positive feedback to share about my two visits. They do quality work and did a full walkthrough of my vehicle each time before returning it. Where they did work on my car, you could not even tell it was damaged in the first place. Exceptional work!

From beginning to end, an excellent experience. I’ve used G&C Ukiah a couple of times for accident repairs and am always impressed by their customer service, communication and quality of repair. They make dealing with insurance feel like a seamless process. I found David to be a stand out employee. He excels in communicating clear progress updates and realistic time frames for vehicle return.

After hearing great things about them I was confident leaving my car for an estimate after being hit. The car was deemed a total loss but seemed doable to fix. Not being able to get ahold of my insurance adjuster due to her being on vacation, I told G&C I was going to take the weekend but I would be back after. G&C seemed to have made the decision for me on my car without notice. Since they completely ripped apart my car for damage only to passenger rear quarter panel, door and suspension. Came back to both rear quarter panels were missing, my back window missing, my back seats taken apart, trunk lining was gone. Left yesterday being asked if I was releasing the vehicle to them, which at the time I could only reply with “guess I have to the car is much worse now than when I brought it in”

G & C Auto Body is the best! I was so excited to get my SUV back. I know it was hard because it was only the second year my SUV had been out so parts are not that readily available. But they did it! They found parts and put it all back together beautifully. Their communication is wonderful. I would use them again, but I hope I don’t have to! Lol

The only place I trust with my car for body work etc! Thank you Ian and everyone in the shop for making me feel at ease during a highly stressful time (parking lot hit & run etc). The best customer service you can find in this town! The communication was stellar every step of the way and my car was done in record time. ? that kind of talent deserves a raise! Thank you ?

Probably best customer service of any business I've ever dealt with. They made the whole process easier, and helped me not stress out anymore about the damage to my car. Justin always kept me up to date on the progress of repairs and made me feel like they really cared about me and my car. They did great work, car looks good as new.
