I just rented here again after a few years. It was quick and easy and I think the same lady at the counter. I’m surprised when I looked up the facility a second time to see so many upset reviews ……. Weird

Rating on the phone call!
I made a phone call inquiring about unit availability. The woman that answered my call had a clear, calm, voice with a nice cheerful tone to it. She asked a few questions, and answered some of mine, with patients and professionalism. She was helpful, and I had a smile on my face just talking with her about the units. Thank you!

Tried 3x to get a storage locker. The lady who answered the phone was very rude and said there is a sign on the door that says we aren't open on weekends. People who work kind of need places like this to be open on weekends ... It makes no sense that they aren't. So don't talk to me like I am stupid because I want to rent a storage on the weekend.

DO NOT RENT HERE! I had all of my stuff stolen from here. Security is a joke. Cops said they get broken into all the time and never do anything to improve security.
