Live in Chicago and have been to a few shops for different needs, but Joey and his team truly go above and beyond. Text him about a problem unrelated to the work he did, responding late on a Thursday with my track day the next day helping me figure it out. Told his techs to find me in the morning at the track to make sure I was good. Awesome guy, amazing shop doing some crazy builds. Wouldn’t hesitate to use or reccomend for an oil change or figuring out how to prep a race car. Simply put, Joey cares a lot about his customers, and knows his stuff inside and out. Thanks again for the work, and I’ll see you again!

Joey and his mechanics are the best! He chooses the right parts for me, does the work on time. Fits me in even when his schedule is full. For racing and track support, I'm convinced you can't better than G Design Racing. Joey has worked in racing for over 30 years and it shows. Including working with pro team race engineers. After every stint he asks what's going on with the car and makes adjustments as needed to rebound, compression, sway bar as needed.

I used G Design Racing to finally prep my Cayman race car and for race support at the 48 hours of Sebring PCA event. I've used a number of other shops in the upper Mid-West but nobody compares. Giuseppe (a.k.a. Joey) knows his stuff inside and out as do his technicians. Victor and Rodney particularly gave me invaluable information to make me, my car and my team better. (Of note, Joey and Victor were part of the independent team at the 24 hours of Daytona that crushed the Porsche Team) In my case, they helped me go from a bottom quartile hum drum racer to a podium contender in a short three days of track testing. All of this with no added cost to their standard race support. Speaking to my particular situation of a GTB1 Cayman, their understanding of how to tweak the suspension and aero of my mediocrely modified car made me a contender. I will definitively use them for my future transport and race support as well as taking their advice on some tweaks to make me even more competitive at future events.
