Friendly, super smart, reliable, available 24/7, and able to solve any problem or issue that came up. He's truly in it for the long term and his dedication shows in everything he does. I would recommend his properties to any other business owner; you will be glad you chose the Midtown Office Center or any other property managed by All Around Property Management Services.

Jim is the best. He’s readily available to assist with any issues, and more importantly, he’s provided us with a very safe and special space for our counseling clients. Additionally, he’s allowed me full creative freedom within our offices to make our suites beautiful and appropriate for our specific needs. We don’t plan on ever leaving this building if we can help it! Someday I’m hoping he’ll allow me to redecorate the whole building, but we’re working on it! Ha. Best place in town. Thanks, Jimbo!

We are so grateful to have found this location for our massage practice. The location is great with plenty of parking, rent is affordable, and lease terms are transparent and fair. Any maintenance issue or request we’ve made has been handled promptly and Jim, the property manager, is friendly and responsive and seems like he goes out of his way to make sure tenants are taken care of. We took it as a very good sign when we moved in that most of the tenants have been here for years and we see our business being here for years to come.
