My Name is Jeremy Young I have been renting a house from this unprofessional company since 2017 and have never been late on a house payment and trust me it's not cheap.
The COWARD running this three ring Circus RENA will not answer any calls concerning maintenance repairs when you put them in electronic filing through Atlas Rents own service repair site she closes out the repair tickets as they have not been fixed.
I have had an ongoing problems with the AC and plumbing in this house that are serious problems .
Sewage keeps coming up in the bathtub and over flowing onto the carpets in the bed room and they refuse to replace the carpets.
The City of Mansfield,Texas code enforcement has a long history with this company.

ALL THE HOT WATER HAS BEEN REPACED WITH PEX IN THE ATTIC.
THE COLD LINES ARE NEXT TO BUST UNDER THE FOUNDATION.

Horrible property management company. When you put in work orders they close orders without fixing the issue. The foundation is horrible, cracking all over and plumbing issues. They do not take care of their properties but will promptly contact you about rent. I think it’s ridiculous to have to pay full rent when we’re having to pay for our own repairs out of pocket. There’s always new owners, just do not EVER rent from these people.. They should be sued by a number of tenants by now based on the living conditions..

Absolutely a terrible company to deal with. I was renting a property for several years and then it got sold to Atlas rents. Since that point in time they never contacted never built a relationship with me. But they have had no problem in not doing any type of maintenance or upkeep on the house even though I have sent multiple photos and updates on the problems occurring in the house. The latest development is that they have somehow sold the property or having another property company manage it. And have not completed any kind of work for the past 6 months that are in dire need of being done. And on top of it they have shut down our access to the tenant portal with no notification of any kind and we were charged a double amount of rent from their company and the new company. Absolutely a disaster to work with do not ever rent with them!

They rented us a house with mold in it they just painted over it. We found out at the end of our lease after i had the house tested because my kids kept getting sick. I had to pay over $300 out of my pocket to get it tested. It came back that it had high levels of mold. We told the property manager he said just wipe it off. They also are terrible with getting repairs done no matter how urgent. When we moved we left the house clean no damages. I gave them all my info to send me back my deposit. They ignored all my calls emails, and certified letters about the deposit. They just straight up kept my money, this is crazy. Its 6 months later still nothing. Im gonna have to sue them for my deposit.

These people are a complete joke. My daughter leased a home from the previous owner before Atlas took over. They NEVER even saw the property before they bought it. until my daughter got ready to move. All of their paperwork, lease, etc. is not on valid paperwork. This Oscar guy showed up after she had moved out taking pictures stating he was sent to take photos because the property had not been seen. Oscar guy didn’t even disclose who he was. REALLY? We cleaned this house spotless. (We have pictures) They kept her deposit and added 1700 dollars more of bogus charges. Funny it’s been almost 2 months now and they still haven’t done their so called repairs. (Because there are none). Well, how can you charge someone for something you knew nothing about in the first place? I see they have tried doing this to every one of their residents. Well, we are court bound. DO NOT RENT FRON THESE PEOPLE!!!

Do not rent from this management comapny. They will keep your security deposit We moved out in May we paid May's rent and had no problem paying the whole month even though we left early..We left the house spotless inside and out. We call the company to do walk through and return the keys.They apparently did not have time to do walk through now I know why. Cause almost 2 months later after they decided to do walk through they wanted to make up stuff and charge us 230 for blinds that we broken upon us moving in. They had the audacity to charge me 6 dollars for a burnt light bulb. Yup true story a light bulb.when we moved in 80 percent of the light bulbs were burnt out we replaced them and never thought about asking for reimbursement. They charged us 230.cleaning fee to clean a house that was spotless. Another 230 to shampoo the rugs. Odd how all 3 charges are the same anyway 172.50 plus 50.00 for overgrown trees and lawn. I'm not a landscaper but if you don't have weekly maintenance I think that's what happens So they want to charge us cause they could not get there for 2 months. We reached out to the office and have really gotten much help. My husband spoke to some guy name Oscar and explained to him we have pictures and know exactly how we left this house he didn't care. He told him we also have the signed resident lease inventory sheet when we moved 1 less then a year ago that point out all these things he is charging us. He told my husband they were the old management company and that we should give them a call cause they had been generous with us and basically he was finished with us. I went on there website to get info on who I should contact cause obviously Oscar is useless and what did I find 2228 Red Maple rd my precious address is on the site as available for leasing. How ever the funny part is there pictures are exactly they same pictures that I took of a clean house including hand soaps I had left on counter tops.The rugs have the same lines I left from my vacuum..So if they house needed 230 dollars worth of cleaning I don't think they would have posted these pictures..I have reached out to them again and still no answer. They probably think we will go away. NOPE not going to happen it's now about what's right is right and what's wrong is wrong. SO DO YOURSELF A FAVOR DO NOT RENT ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. we will be following up.

I rent from this property after the property went to another home property management they still did not tell us and charged us rent in August. I ended up paying $3000 in rent and they are not refunding money but took rent for property they no longer had. In Oklahoma I believe that is fraud and theft.
