I rented from Auld Investments for 10 years. When I moved out, Andrea Bennett sent me a letter demanding over $1,000 for damages. The list of damages was $400 less than the amount requested. They claimed it was a 'math error.' I eventually settled for $31.00 because the charges were completely ridiculous. Auld Investments should be avoided at all costs.

I rented from Auld for 5 years and have always had positive experiences with the company. Their apartments are priced better than any in the valley, you honestly can’t get better value for the money anywhere else.

Any issues or repairs were fixed quickly and the property manager was always extremely pleasant to deal with. If I ever need to rent again Auld will be the first place I look to.

Do not rent from them. I lived at an Auld Investments property 3 time over the last 6-8 years. Everything was great until they fired and evicted our on-site property manager, who was friendly and loving to all of the residents. While the on-site manager was still there, I had a friend move here needing a place to stay until they got on their feet. After they fired and evicted the manager, they realized my friend was not on the lease because the previous manager said it was ok, AND then the COVID-19 pandemic hit, so his stay was prolonged. I would also like to note the my friend, who is a gay man, and I were sharing a one bedroom apartment. I hate to think this had an affect on our being evicted soon after Auld employees realized, but it's unfortunately obvious that it was. I was evicted in July 2020, during a new pandemic, because Auld Investments are prejudicial. We were forced to find another, more expensive apartment during a global pandemic because of this. They (Auld Investments) were great, and then something changed for the worse. Also, they have already had at least one lawsuit against them for housing discrimination. In closing, I would have recommended them two or three years ago, but they turned a corner which discriminates and singles out people to get rid of them. Thank you. CR

They have been amazing in every aspect and I really know that they have supported me throughout all this time. We as tenants are lucky to have a fair price, great service and great neighbors! I went to look at some apartments, Laurie was very attentive to our needs, answered all our questions, and accommodated to our schedule. The area is nice and clean, the apartments are very nice. Even though this bidenflation has caused everything to go up, they still strive to give you the best for the money. Other places often twice the cost, have mold, broken fixtures, and worse, all driven from the need of the CA people moving here for a place to live. The other companies don't care; after all, a moldy, broken, and run down apartment in Idaho, is luxury in CA. I recommend this apartment company.

Best place I ever rented. It was spotless when I moved in. They even cleaned the storm windows! If something needed fixed, they were there very quickly. Very easy to get ahold of. My apartment was in building that was built in 1939, and it was so taken care of. If I did not move to Portland, I would never have moved out of my cute little apartment.

I have to agree with Nichelle in regards of this company. The apartment I rented with them, moved in to it was spotless; moved out of it left it spotless and move-in ready for the new tenant. My fault was that I did not take photos, or have a witness when I moved out.The manager did not want to bother to come over to do the walk-about the week end before I left early Monday morning. I trusted her as a human being, she turned out to be, sorry and have to use this language, one ugly cow ! Her husband managed to insult me within two minutes when he came in two days after I moved in, to fix the shower rod, saying that it will not fall if I don't swing on it ! A week later he came in to fix the clogged sink in the bath, he did not know how ! I had to find a youtube video and fixed it myself ! They had at least a dozen broken rods that they had replaced sitting in the laundry room! At one point this Andrea who I never met, when I called her once to ask a question about my lease, who probably thought I was some stinking homeless, uneducated, low life creature, asked me if I had the money ? asked her to clarify her question, if I have money for what ? well money to pay the rent......! I managed a multi unit rental in California for 15 years, kept the cleanest house in the city, never asked or needed to know if a tenant had money to pay for anything ! that is nobody's business ! As a manager if a tenant does not pay rent, owners would take legal action! no need to know peoples' balance in their bank account. Water in shower/sink/toilet tank ran red all the time.Something they knew about from before and did not fix ! Just to let them know if I see red water so they fix it! well you already know it is red so why not fix it before new tenant moves in ? Black mold on the walls around the windows from winter moisture.They ended up deducting most of my security deposit. Very cheaply built buildings, stove in the corner by the wall that gets hot when stove is on; uneven floors you can feel the gravel and stones under the carpeting. For people who are seeking to rent with them, look someplace else and do not trust them. Very backwards creatures those guys in Boise !
