Pésimo servicio
Pareciera que cuando ordenas algo te lo van a regalar pésimo servicio del señor que esta en el frente si no quiere estar ahí que se valla y que pongan alguien más con mejor actitud ?

Extremely rude behavior with customers especially the elderly guy at night who is always talking to himself as if there is some sort of mental illness and never uses gloves.

This deli always smells like cat piss, so I wouldn’t advise eating from here. Also, they do not have standard pricing, they will charge you whatever they feel like at a moments notice.

I love this place because they have good sandwiches and the workers are nice and I love their bacon egg and cheese sandwich.

It is cheap and convenient. I patronize because it is down the street. Their heroes are decent and I can count on it being open 24/7.

Some of the people who shop here are violent, rude and combative and I have felt like a fight or something worse were about to occur.

Some patrons have yelled at the staff for minor mistakes in orders and perceived rudeness.

People wait outside the store in groups and congregate some times, or loiter.

People standing outside will solicit money from time to time.

At 7 am it gets packed.

During the school year it is packed from 7-8 with students.

The staff do not always look clean. They do not wear uniforms.

Coke cans have grime on top.

A cat usually prowls around.

There are cups of ice in the freezer near the door for iced coffee.

I have had staff overcharge me here, return the wrong amount of change, change prices or not know the price of items, and charge fees for using a credit card when other staff did not.

The deli opens at 6 am.

They have EBT service.

They serve small house items for dogs, cats and home cleaning.

They offer headphones and cigarettes.

Count your change.

Be leery of other patrons.

Be leery at night of the surrounding area when visiting at night.

STAYY AWAY !!!!! 3rd time ordering from this deli ! I dont know why i went back after they messed up my last 2 orders really simple VERY toasted butter roll and hot chocolate with milk ! VERY SIMPLE BUT THEY ALWAYS GET IT WRONG ! The guy at the counter has an attitude. He got mad that he short changed me and I realized and when I asked for it he started mumbling and slammed the butter roll on the counter then roughly placed the Hot chocolate and Butter roll in the bag. Also they dont wear mask often and place seems a bit filthy and uncared for! I regret all 3x ordering from there. I just have to go out my way to walk an extra block to get a better deli !

This place always overcharges for their products. A lot of old and expired products and the girls in line next to me mentioned the old man is always trying to overcharge kids. Bad customer service, wont be going back to this store after the old man decided to make a quick buck off me rather than continued buisness.

They don't wear gloves and touch cold cuts. When I told person preparing food you have to wear gloves, he said he washed his hands. I told him that it is mandated that food preparers wear gloves. He put new cold cuts on sandwich with gloves and put the cold cuts he touched with his bare hands back in refrigerator to serve to someone else. Unsanitary place. Stay away!!!!!!
