I have been renting an apartment from Blest Investment Group for over a year now and recently renewed my lease. I have nothing but positive things to say about them. The building is well-maintained, and any issues are handled promptly, accompanied by good communication. It’s wonderful to have an affordable apartment that is managed better than the luxury apartments I have rented in the past.

I originally toured the apartment with Bret, and I text him with any maintenance issues. He is a nice guy. When it comes time to move to a new place, I will certainly reach out to them to find bigger unit in my building or at a different property. I highly recommend Blest Investment Group!

I moved into my apartment last November. I have dealt with Bret since the beginning, he was the one to give me a tour of the apartment. This is my first time renting, so I was very leery in the beginning due to all kinds of horror stories that I have heard about landlords over the years. My experience dealing with Bret has been so far from everything that I’ve heard. He is an amazing landlord, and I can’t say enough good things about him. Any concern or issue that I have had, he addressed it right away. There was a leak that I messaged about late at night, and he came out the very next morning to get it fixed. I had an issue with my air conditioning not working correctly, he made sure to get that fixed right away. The thing that I am most appreciative of him is changing the locks on my doors, or I should say adding locks to my doors. I’m a single female, and with it being the first time that I am living on my own I was a bit nervous. I had messaged Bret to ask if I was allowed to add locks to the doors, and he got right back to me stating that he would take care of it. He brought new locks and installed them right away. That meant so much to me because now I feel completely safe. But not only did he take care of that, He also asked me if I was feeling safe, which that is usually not a concern to a landlord. I feel that he actually cares about his tenants. There are not many people out there who actually care, most only care about making money. I’m very glad that I found this apartment and I plan on staying here!!!

I toured several apartments before I found the one Bret showed me, part of the reason I decided to pick this place was because Bret was one of the most tentative landlords i’ve encountered. He ensured that any problems that could arise would be handled in a timely manner, something my previous landlord failed to do. I can’t wait to move in and have a dependable land lord. Bret is the best and I am so happy he’s helped my find my new home!! Highly recommend Bret and Blest Investment, they’ve gone above and beyond!

We’ve been at our apartment over a year and love it! The apartment is extremely affordable and everything feels of nice quality like the floors, the dishwasher, fridge, etc. anytime we’ve had any maintenance issues, they answer in lightning speed. Steve even came to our apartment the same night I made a maintenance request because my thermostat wasn’t working. He even went next door and bought batteries to replace the olds ones in our thermostat. And no. I’m not being bribed to say this haha. We will definitely be renewing our lease in February.

Throughout my time as a tenant, I unfortunately had a few self-imposed issues - such as one instance in which I returned back to my apartment without my key to let me in, or, another in which I had forgotten to take some of my belongings out of my apartment, upon my lease’ expiration. Each, and any of my issues however, I was grateful to be able to contact Bret, the apartment manager, who, was quick to respond, AND, more importantly, incredibly effective, in helping me solve each problem that arose. He consistently had helpful logical advice in regards to any questions or concerns I had while there, and overall made my time as a tenant much less stress-inducing!

I rented an apartment with Blest Investment Group and was very happy with my experience. The staff was always very nice to work with and I received immediate responses on questions or maintenance requests. The apartment itself was updated and located in charming Bellevue, and the building was also regularly cleaned. Recently I needed to obtain a copy of my 2019-2020 lease and Rich was very kind to email it to me even though it has been a couple years since I rented with Blest. I truly had a 5-star experience and will always recommend them for those looking to live in Bellevue/their other properties!

I lived at one of Blest Investment’s Bellevue properties for one year and really enjoyed my time at this location. I would have extended my lease another year, but I had the opportunity to buy a house before doing so. The apartment itself is very modern, updated, and spacious. I already miss the large bedroom closet! The apartment building is right off route 65 and about 10 minutes from downtown Pittsburgh. Very convenient if you work in/around the city. There are many shopping options close by as well (Camp Horn Giant Eagle, Mt Nebo Target, and Kuhn’s right up the hill from the apartment). I had a great experience with Blest Investment Group and I would recommend renting through this company. They made renting EASY and were very attentive to their tenants and the apartment building.

I have been a tenant at a Blest Investment Group property for the last 6 months. I have nothing but good things to say about my experience. The property is clean, well-maintained and the apartment is updated with new appliances and fixtures. The property manager, Rich, goes above and beyond to make it a great experience and has provided nothing but the best service to me as a tenant. They are extremely responsive to all requests, whether it be maintenance or otherwise. All tenants are well informed of what is happening in and around the building and they went out of their way to make sure tenants were taken care of when a new roof was being put on the building. I have zero complaints and plan on being a long-term tenant. I would highly recommend to anyone looking to rent.
