We’ve loved having them as our property managers! We were having issues with a previous manager and nothing was getting down. Boise River Property management came in and found us a tenant quickly and got things moving at a much better pace! Happy to have them!

Great property management company. If there are any issues their turnaround time to fix it is amazing. We had an outlet that was having issues and because of this our Internet kept going down(fiber box) we brought it up and they had someone out to fix it less than 24 hours later. As someone that works from home the urgency they have is truly appreciated. I would 100% recommend Boise River Property Management.

We live in an old (but extremely beautiful) house, and therefor there are a lot of random repairs that need done. Henry is always extremely quick to respond and send people to come help and fix. They’ve been very gracious to us throughout our lease. We really appreciate you Henry and J’Aime!

About 6 months ago, Boise River Property Management took over as the property management company for the duplex that I had been renting. In that time, Henry has been a fantastic Landlord; I really didn't know what I had been missing in having a landlord that really cared about taking care of the property and looking out for my safety, unlike the previous company.

Overall this company is great to work with, and Henry has always been quick to respond. I would recommend working with them, and regret that I don't get to do so any longer.

Henry & J'Amie are fantastic to rent from! They communicate well, respond quickly, and are very kind people. They even dropped off a pie for the holidays, so sweet!! If I have to rent again, I will be reaching out to them. 10/10 recommend!

I love renting from Boise River Property Management, the application process was very easy and smooth! Once we saw the house on the market we message J'Amie and she responded within a day, we went to tour the house and the same night applied. We were so excited and J'Amie and her husband were extremely helpful after waiting a few days we chose a move in date and that was it we were done with the house hunting! I know renting sometimes can suck with Landlords that are rude or annoying but I can promise you Boise River Property Management treats you with respect, they always keep you in the loop of whats going on, they will give you plenty of time in advance before a house check. I definitely would recommended this company to my family and friends! Let them know about this review!!

As soon as I bought my duplex I knew I would need a great property manager to handle the other side for rentals. Henry Groves, has been nothing short of amazing, when I moved out of my side across the country there was no interruption in services. My check to pay the mortgage comes early every time. And when the other side moved out on short notice Henry had a new tenant moving in the day after the previous had left. If I could give more than 5 Stars I would.

Henry is absolutely amazing! He’s made it completely stress free for us to move in and if we ever have issues, he deals with them right on the spot unlike some property managements that let it slip under the rug. We couldn’t have asked for anyone better! We appreciate all BRPM does for us!
