We moved into a Cobblestone property in July of this year, and have had nothing but great experiences so far. Scarlet and Cynthia have treated us so kindly, and so well. Any issue that we have had has been quickly taken care of, which we appreciate so greatly. We are so grateful for the treatment and service we have gotten. Such a great team at Cobblestone Property - especially Wendy and Kate!! Seriously customer service cannot get any better than the two of them! They went above and beyond to ensure I was taken care of. Cannot recommend this place enough ! I rented from them for 3 years and had such a great experience with staff at the main office. They know what they are doing and customer service skills are AMAZING !!

Worst property management ever!! From day 1 they had tenants move into my property earlier then the date I was given. When I called all I got was" oops sorry we forgot to communicate" then it was them fixing things without notifying us and it was an "emergency" dishwasher was fixed but still leaking. And everytime I brought up I can get someone when would be good? Tenants are out of the country. So who is at the house then knows there is all these leaks? They had another person living there that wasn't on the lease who had a ferret that tore up our carpet. They refuse to fix it. They say it can be fixed if carpets are stretched. Uhm no its torn and needs patched. House wasn't cleaned. Tenants said AC wasn't working and cobble was sending someone. I told them it's the filter and asked if I needed to drop one off. Anastasia laughed at me said the tenant knows what he is doing and that's the first thing he did was replace it. Guess what I pulled that filter out few weeks after and it looks like someone buried it in dirt. They told the Tenants they can leave early before the lease is up that we said it was ok. We never said that nor signed anything stating that. In their lease agreement it clearly states 30 days signed notice from tenants before they leave. We didn't get that they left and cobble just called said hey tenants are gone. A month before their lease. And when we reach out all we were told was oh well idk what you want us to do. In the process of taking legal action. Because what little they finally agreed to fix my teenager could have done a better job.

I am moving across country and found a townhouse managed by cobblestone. I understood that someone lives there I just wanted to see neighborhood I have never been to Boise so this move is a little scary. After many tries finally got someone in office lady said Google maps it well only thing on google maps is a barrier. Agent did message me after several days through Zillow and pretty much said no i won’t make a video of neighborhood. A person on TikTok does drive through Boise and I asked if she could drive in that area. Extremely cute neighborhood i decided I’ll try renting it and told agent i had seen neighborhood. She went off telling me only she can drive through and property is not available anymore, but it’s still on Zillow and their website. Extremely rude agents and not willing to do job I see why such bad reviews.

We have been renting from Cobblestone for 7 months. We have been very happy with their honesty, and response to our needs on repairs and concerns. They were outstanding in helping us find a house that suited our family's needs. I highly recommend them.
