I leased an office space through Colliers and my experience was nothing short of fantastic. Mike Pena (My Colliers Agent) went above an beyond to make sure all my questions were answered and he took the time to explain to me how the lease works and what to expect. He showed me 5 different offices to choose from based on my requests and when none of the offices fit the bill for me, he took the time to go through every single listing in their system until I found the right fit for my business. He showed patience and professionalism every step of the way. I highly recommend Colliers International and specifically Mike Pena for all the help and guidance.

First class commercial real estate assistance! I was fortunate to get the opportunity to work with Scott Feighner, at Colliers, when we were reevaluating our current business lease arrangement. Scott was not only able to help us search for other properties, but line up contractors/architects to sort out what tenant improvement costs might look like. When it came down to making decisions, Scott is extremely organized and able to walk us down the path and make educated decisions w/ detailed proformas. When we decided to stay in our current building, Scott was able to renegotiate our lease with much improved terms/rates. I wouldn't look elsewhere for commercial real estate advice as Scott is outstanding and likely overqualified for what he does! The communication and support from the whole Colliers team really made our experience seamless.

I must say, I have been dealing with a commercial Rep named Steve Winger on a possible build to suit deal. Steve has been very easy to work with, and extremely friendly. He has done a bunch of leg work for me and my company over the last couple months. He has been very customer service oriented and he genuinely cares about what we are trying to do. My experience has been top notch, and I look forward to the many deals that I will bring to Colliers in the future, and friends and family that I will send their way. I recommend them all day long...
