Complete property management is terrible! Their construction company that they "use" to "repair" imaginary damage is owned by Tricia's husband. They make up bogus charges to steal all of your security deposit and charge more on top of that. I would recommend avoiding these sleazy thieves at all costs!

Worst. Business. Ever.

Seriously, the very worst.

As a property management company, these guys must see some real low life people, tenants who don't pay their rent, people who trash apartments, stuff like that. And maybe that's why they treat customers the way they do, but regardless of the reason, there is NO EXCUSE to EVER talk to someone the way they talked to me.

First off, I'm not a deadbeat. Not by a long shot. I'm just a guy who needed a place to live and thought I'd be better off in a professionally managed complex.

WRONG.

These morons don't return calls, don't know what's going on, don't fix problems in your unit, and really, really don't care.

But the straw that broke the camel's back was when they even cashed my rent check but somehow "forgot" to record it in their system and threatened me with legal action. At first I figured, "hey, mistakes happen" so I called to talk to them and offer to fax a copy of the cancelled check. Nobody in the office could help me. I'm not sure if they're all stupid, inept, or just terrified of the owner/manager, Trisha (and I'm betting on the last one). They kept telling me I had to talk to Trisha, and when I finally reached her on the phone after leaving her 4 messages, SHE yelled at ME for bothering her on her cell phone (a number her staff GAVE me, by the way) and then she HUNG UP! I swear to you, I was even being polite!

Well, by this time I was enraged so I called her back to demand an apology and she straight up threatened to have me evicted for non-payment. Seriously! I may have used a few choice words to her then, and she finally agreed to accept my copy of my cancelled check as proof of payment, but she never apologized, never changed her tone, and treated me like some kind of scum from the bottom of her shoe the whole time, even though THEY WERE IN THE WRONG!

I have never seen a business so unprofessional. I have two months left on my lease and then I'm leaving. I don't care if I have to sleep in my car, I will not do business with these people. I suggest you don't either!

Is there less than one star? These reviews are spot on. Most rude disrespectful people I have ever rented through. Trisha Callies runs/owns the place and works with her daughter, both of whom should learn some simple respect before going into a service profession. These people are so bad the second I talked to the home owners and they saw how things were truly being handled, they pulled the property from CPM and now I rent directly from them. Life is so much better now. AVOID THESE CLOWNS AT ALL COSTS!!!

recommend doing your research before you deal with this company. trisha callies is by far the most rude, snotty, nasty person (if you can call her that) i've ever come across. rent from her and be prepared to traipse across an apt complex in the middle of the night and for 2 days after to use the restroom. yes, i'm dead serious. they refuse to fix anything. and god forbid you actually call the emergency # when water is everywhere in the apartment. every review i've read today is spot on with the experience we've had with this company.

Very disorganized and don't expect much of your deposit back. Keep records of any correspondences you have with them. They said they lost every message I sent them. When I moved out it took multiple calls to get my deposit back and then they kept more than half of my deposit saying they always pay people to clean/shampoo the property no matter how clean it was left. It seemed they must use the most expensive cleaners in town. In reality I believe they didn't have the money to pay me back.

I rented from CPM for 5 years and didn't really have any major problems with the property. The few issues I did have took weeks and multiple phone calls to get repaired. They did always fix the issues eventually. One time they told me my check had bounced and I needed to bring cash in on a Saturday to cover it. I knew short of a bank error it was impossible I had bounced a check. After checking with my bank I found my check was just as I thought, payed to CPM. When I told them that I could get documents to prove my check HAD NOT bounced they told me they had mistakenly mixed up papers.

I would recommend using caution when renting from Complete Property Management and ALWAYS keep copies of any correspondences you have with any of the office people.

Very unprofessional. Owner would not provide documentation for services made in our HOA after multiple requests. Extremely expensive and POOR grounds/maintenance provided for lawn care; we later found out that it is her and her husband's company charging the HOA for these lawncare services. Very poor on emotional IQ and knowing how to manage a budget. The owner is the most defensive and rude woman I have ever met. Go elsewhere!

I have never dealt with anyone in my life as unethical, dishonest, selfish and rude as this woman. She should never be allowed to have a business or a real estate license because of how she chooses to treat people. I wish I would have checked out reviews before I rented a property from her. The WORST experience I have ever had!You are just asking for LOTS of problems if you have anything to do her.

Total fraud of a company. They didn't respond to needs of my rental home, and charge me for the problems they created. The owner called and lied to me, made false allegations and told me to sue her while they illegally kept my deposit.
