So I want to start by saying, I'm not the type of person to leave reviews. We have been doing business with this company for around 10 years, and I feel I should give them the recognition that they deserve. My wife and I are distant landlords we could not continue to manage our properties appropriately without the help of the great people that have put in charge of our properties.
Like Elizabeth, she has been our rock to lean on through hail storms, water damage, and has been our advocate when handling business with the tenants. Cornerstone has gathered a good selection of contractors that are efficient, dependable, and fairly priced. Elizabeth has been there to handle communication with these contractors as much as possible, which has allowed us to reduce the stress of having to trust someone we've never met or done business with. Along with being on top of things and keeping us informed of what the expectation are.
We could not continue to do this without the help from the team at Cornerstone along with the resources and expertise they provide. If you are looking for assistance managing your property in Colorado Springs, We highly recommend giving Cornerstone a chance.

I can't say enough wonderful things about Tina Renshaw and her team at Cornerstone. I'm renting my property out for the first time, so I went into this no knowledge. After extensive research, I picked Cornerstone for several reasons- the services they offer gave me the best value for my money, they were quick to respond, and Matt and Tina spent a lot of time introducing the the process and educating me before securing my business. They came across as very efficient and organized, and very patient and knowledgeable for a newbie like me!

I am so glad I moved forward with them. I live out of state, so I was only able to do so much remotely. They stepped in and gave me referrals for vendors, Tina even set up the appointments for me and followed up to make sure everything was completed before the house was listed- even though she didn't have to. She stayed in touch with me consistently with updates and expectations of what was to come. The moment I signed my agreement with them all my stress renting this property out was lifted. They found me great tenants within a week of listing the property! Tina is my assigned property manager so I can go through her for everything. She calls me to review the income statement each month, and to let me know how everything is going. I am beyond delighted with her and her company.
