Espero que no se vayan a vivir al proyecto de mio y que no tengan contacto alguno con esta empresa de hecho hemos llamado en algunas ocasiones a domus vivendi y siempre atiende una chica que poco habla español y super borde, por que toda la empresa en general es borde y no te ayudaran en nada.

Llamas y no te explican nada, una persona que apenas habla español súper maleducada, y sus alquileres de larga duración en el proyecto MIO hay personas diferentes cada semana, todo muy extraño, son apartamentos como habitaciones de hotel, poco habitable en mi opinión.

Viento sin fronteras

En s'argamassa no son bienvenidos. Ya basta de especular con la tierra y el mar. Los vecinos exigimos que se detenga el proyecto.

All I can do is give you a true experience of my contract with this company from my time living in Palma, Spain. I had a contract with them for an accommodation. Everything was super nice and easy in the beginning, in order for me to sign the contract they were efficient and friendly.

Once I was living in the accommodation, everything else was left up to their management agency of which were very incompetent. I was suffering from a major issue in the accommodation and was getting almost no help or response from their management agency, so I reached out direct to DV with whom my contract was with.

They never responded to any emails from which was the address on my contract with them. The semmingly only way to get any response was via social media. I ended up having to visit the office in Santa Ponsa. I spoke to a representative there and this representative was the only person who listened and attempted to solve my issues. The representative had limited means of authorisation, the rep had to email her bosses about compensation, I never heard anything about it again.

At one point I had an email explaining that the rep was visiting the management agency in person to address 'many issues' but it wont help my case... this was in the peak of my main issue. At this point my living situation was horrendous. Other tennants also had simmilar issues to me.

Due to the lack of communications I had to resort to get a lawyer to act on my behalf, the management agency started to respond to my lawyer. The management agency contact DV to seek compensation and rent reduction for my inhumane living conditions. Despite the fact that the management agency admitted to my lawyer that my problem existed (living in average 30-32 degree temperature in a tiny box room for the summer months due to non functioning air con), DV refused to compensate and co-operate. According to an email from my lawyer they were ‘very reluctant’.

They are a very unpleasant company to communicate with and despite being a model tenant and adhearing to my side of the contract, DV only appeared to not care. No care, compassion or and very limited communication was given from them. They only appear to not care, not be reasonable and not solve issues. I ended up losing a large amount from my deposit and living in awful conditions. I’m just happy now to be out of there and far away... it was just horrendous.

At one point DV reported my review of the accommodation, claiming they have no contract with me and it was an ‘untrue representation’. I provided all the relevant documents to google and they kept my review online of course as I am telling the truth and have more than enough evidence for this.

I declare that I have full evidence of my review and legally binging documents and a contract to prove this.

Superb marketing - worst quality on the Balearic Islands - before buying anything from them ask around

Please ask owners in Ibiza, Mallorca and Kitzbühel before buying. Most of below positive comments are from friends and partners of Domus Vivendi.
