This was my first visit I had been seeing another doctor for almost 20 years and he was moving out of state. So I was leery to see a new doctor but the office staff was wonderful very kind and thorough.. Dr Day was very kind and listen to what I had to say and was very Thorough in my healthcare care she took her time and I didn’t feel like just another number like some doctors make you feelI. She made you feel like she cared about you and your and your health needs. I very delighted with my first visit and look forward to a long relationship.

Visited a couple of times with my mom. The office staff is friendly and efficient. Dr. Tovar Day is thorough, engaging and competent. She explains things clearly and seems to genuinely care about her patients. The office is able to accommodate follow-up visits within a reasonable time frame.

The old chairs in the waiting room need to be replaced, you literally sink/fall into them they are so worn.
Over an hour wait in exam room every time and I felt like the Dr. didn't really listen to me , she seemed to have already made up her mind about what was wrong with me without talking to me a whole lot.
Receptionist is friendly but I did not appreciate that she (or a medical assistant) took it upon herself not to pass on any of the supplements and vitamins to the Dr or list them in my chart even thou I provided her with a comprehensive list. My Dr should know about any meds and supplements I take, interactions etc could occur!

Dr. Tovar Day is an excellent physician. She addresses all my concerns and is very kind and easy to talk to. She keeps me up to date on all of my vaccines, mammograms, labs, etc. I know I am being well taken care of by one of the best!.....I would highly recommend her and her staff!

Dr. Tovar is the best doctor I've ever been to. She listens and really takes an interest in her patients lives. She's been my doctor for over a decade and I would would hate to have to change doctors.

I would give this office zero stars if I could...I have been going to Dr. Day for four years. Each visit becomes worse than the last. The office staff is extremely rude. The wait for your appointment is 2-3 hours! ALWAYS! I have never been seen by "Dr." Day in less than 2 hours...how unprofessional and inconsiderate. Thee LAST place I want to be when I am sick and not feeling good is waiting at a doctors office. I know that western health only consists of prescribing drugs, which I don't agree with but for instances like the flu, I would like medication and my bed. Not your waiting room. One appointment the staff said they "squeezed" me in for an appointment because I did have the flu and yet, made me wait for three hours before I could even be seen. I HAD THE FLU! I was THEE LAST patient to be seen and came in hours before the patients who's appointment times were after mine...again, unprofessional and inconsiderate!!! Lastly, I would not consider Ms. Day a doctor as all she does is ask your symptoms and type them into a computer. She probably uses webMD...

I have never had a bad appointment with Dr. Tovar Day. I am always seen within an hour and the staff is always incredibly nice.
