Saw Nicholas Lailis twice a year for over 5 years. He never did a physical exam. PSA only. By the time he decided to do an MRI and biopsy, cancer had advanced. He did a radical prostatectomy. The cancer came back two years post surgery. I'm now looking at the possibility I have metastatic prostate cancer. This did not have to happen. Dr. Lailas clearly has more patients than he can serve safely. Many errors in scheduling and even in prescribing. For example, he continued prescribing finasteride for a couple years after the surgery. I regret choosing him as my urologist and cannot recommend him to others.

Lailis for a few years. His care, professionalism, surgical skills, knowledge and communication is top notch. I would recommend Dr. Lailis and his team to anyone.

What words can I use to express how great Dr. Lailas and his team are. Kind , understanding, helpful , very knowledgeable and extremely skilled. He make sure before walking in the room to meet the patient he knows everything about the patient's history and help the patient to be at ease even with the bed news. He is just great.

This doctor puts you at ease.So far my prostate removal was successful. He took his time to spare the sex nerve which every man will truly appreciate. Even when the situation looked gleam,he was soothingly reassuring.

Dr Lailas is a fantastic surgeon! I could not be happier with the results of my surgery. I put it off for 10 months because I didn’t want to jump into anything. I went to at least 14 different urologist, radiologist and surgeons and everything Dr Lailas said came to fruition. He has a great bedside manner and is very Knowledgeable! Removing your prostate is a scary deal but I am much more comfortable now and everything still works. Thanks Doc!

Dr. Lailas has been wonderful throughout my surgery and after. He takes the time to explain things thoroughly. He was attentive in the hospital. The office is responsive as well. Try to schedule appointments first thing or right after lunch!

From the first visit to Dr. Lailas we immediately recognize high degree of professionalism. My son fill confident and believe in him. The surgery went perfectly and 2 weeks later we saw Dr. Lailas again. I can not find enough words to thank him. If you are looking for Urology High level professional don't look further. My son had to have a surgery and after going to two doctors we ended up with Dr. Lailas as our third. I wish I went to him first. His bedside manner was great. He clearly communicated to me everything that needed to be done and why. He got us in at the first possible availability. And, most importantly, his work as a surgeon was above what I expected. Top notch all the way. Save yourself the time, money, and aggravation of looking around and dealing with other doctors in this field. If you need a urologist for children go to Dr. Lailas first and get it done quickly and right.
