It’s so nice an spacious in the inside but lets get into it..idk who’s idea it was to put the washer/dryer connection upstairs given how narrow it is.. my ac has already went out and so has the hot water in my down stairs bathroom I put in maintenance request two weeks ago nobody has shown up the bathroom cabinet has already fallen off and I can tell from the amount of roach crap I seen on it this place was infested.. I see more roaches everyday..kids ring your door bell and run.. they only have 3 dumpsters and depending on where you stay in the complex it can be 1-2 minute walk so I hope you don’t have to toss anything heavy.. I still have maintenance equipment inside…most the lightbulbs need to be replaced but you gone need a ladder to reach em.. front office personnel has changed 3 times and I’ve been here going on 3 months the place is beautiful and spacious just need people in management who really cares about the occupants and property..

The area is nice. Everyone pretty much stay to themselves. As far as management, I'll rate it a 1. A manager don't stay here long enough to get to know you. We have a different manager every month. They come in with new rules as well which can be very frustrating. Also, it's difficult for maintenance to get their job done due to the management being so unorganized. We can't get them to fix anything. If you're on housing, I wouldn't recommend these townhomes due to non compliances.
Side note: The pool has been broken for 4 years since I been staying here. It has never been opened.

apartments look nice from outside. a lot of traffic but nothing that had you waiting for long. a little hood but nothing out of the ordinary, kids were very respectable. 4:20. Trash needed to be taken care of by dumpster but other than that looked pretty clean.

I have been here since 2018 and we have changed management several times, raised rent but still have upgraded appliances, mailbox is broken, blinds raggedy, don’t have pest control come on out regularly to spray, my garage has been broken since I moved in etc. I would rate this apartment complex a 3 outta 5. Overall it’s okay considering the area

I moved in September 16,2022. Nothing was done in my apartment. I had to move in my furniture was already delivered. We still don’t have hot water in the bathroom downstairs. Now the bathroom upstairs is out. I did everything the mangers told me. I been patient for someone to come and fix all my problems that I gave them and one manager even put it into the system. These apartments have a lot of potential they just need someone to really take care of them. It’s always a different manager each time I go in. They told me write it all down so they can put it in the system and still nothing. Need better maintenance and better management

I’ve been living here for almost 3 years, it is not a bad complex to live in,

PROS
- Very spacious
- Current management is doing a better job than the previous.
- Centric location
- Nice neighbors

CONS
- Kids playing on my yard all day, everyday. Leaving their trash everywhere, being loud, rude, and disrespectful. They also mess with my cars and often slam each other on my garage door.
- Work orders take long to get solved.

I love kids, but this is unacceptable and ruin the overall experience of the complex.

Staff is great, my only problem is the parking availability.. there are guest parking spaces, but, tenants have their guests park in our spaces with zero concerns. My car, that is registered was recently towed. I was told a memo was sent out that residents couldn't park in vacant apartment driveways, and that's why my car was towed.. and yet I see tenants parking in those spots with zero consequences. I have taken several pictures of the same tenants parking in those
Spots.. of course management has not responded.. i had to pay $200 to retrieve my car..
