I can honestly say that without the professional knowledge and excellent support that I received from Fluent Finance, I would not have been able to secure a mortgage and buy a property in the Canary Islands.

When I approached Fluent Finance my new build villa was almost complete and I had been struggling for over six months with a mortgage application I had already made to another bank, partly due to the complexity of my case and also because of the very poor advice and service I had received from the bank. It became immediately very clear to Marc and Stuart at Fluent Finance, that because of the complexity and extreme urgency of my case, they required the support of further members of the team!

The knowledge, support, care, tenacity and sheer determination I experienced every day in the service I received from Stuart, Marc, Eva and Monica was absolutely exceptional. The Spanish mortgage process is much more complex and complicated than the UK, and the whole process took much longer than I anticipated at the start of the process. There were certainly so many twists and turns along this journey, however the team never waived in their constant determination, drive and commitment until they secured the right bank and mortgage product for my requirements.

I highly recommend Fluent Finance if you are looking to buy a property in Spain, I’d just recommend that you engage them earlier in the process than I did!
