Terrible service. Scheduled their self tour but was not given instructions how to access property. Tried calling for over 3 hours and couldn't get a hold of someone. Absolutely do not recommend using their service particularly Formatic - Whittier

If I could give them 0 stars I would!!! I was interested in a property being managed by this company and honestly it screams scam !!! After finally getting someone on the phone and scheduling a viewing I went to check out the home which had no key in the lock box!!!!!!!!!!! I called 14 times at least and nobody answered or even bothered calling me back !!!!! Don’t trust them at all these are extremely unprofessional!!!!

I got the pleasure in meeting Brittany this morning and her professionalism, kindness and her willingness to go further and beyond to help me with my new apartment can’t be match . This company should know that she represents herself and this company to the highest standards. I was dealing with fraud and being scam and she took control of the situation. Hard working people are everywhere but one who do it with kindness and respect makes the difference . I can’t thank her enough . Words can’t explain it but it was a true blessing meeting her today . We have 2 properties that were managed by Formatic for over 12 years. They have been nothing but professional. Carolina Arias has always been my "go to" person and she never fails to provide me with fast answers and responds to our request quickly. I'm a real estate broker and have dealt with many different property management companies over the last 30+ years and I can honestly say, this is the best property management company I've ever dealt with. I'd highly recommend them anytime.

Wow! This company is the worst. Good luck getting your rental security deposit back. I kept calling Carolina and all she would say is their is nothing she can do, which is odd since she was the leasing manager. I took me over two months to receive my money back. They only have one person in their office working, so you can’t even get transferred to any department because she’s the only one that answers ha! I kept getting the runaround as to why my money was not sent out. I finally threatened to sue them and that’s when my check finally was sent out. Go elsewhere
