I just left this place trying to sell a gold 14k necklace and what an absolute joke! She offered me 108$ but I left and took it up the street to Cash out gold and silver and they gave me 180$! Check out other places before you let these people rob you.

Was driving from Palm Beach to Orlando and calling every jewelry store, every pawn shop, every where that would sell a Rolex that I wanted. I am not an easy person to please and when spending north of 6000$ it would take a lot for me to be swiping my card. As I am driving and stopping everywhere , I call a local pawn shop and they reffered me here. I called the owner a very well spoken gentleman, asked him to send me pictures he does ! I asked him to do a million things before I even seen him face to face and he does !!! I pull up in the driveway and there is an elderly couple walking in to buy the same watch I am buying ! When I walked in Christopher was showing the watch to them and goes up to the owner Greg and tells him these folks are here to buy this yacht master , I overheard Greg saying I have someone driving in for it and want him to have the first call as I have been communicating with him for 2 hours !!! I didn't put a deposit to hold it, they could of sold it !! That right there sealed the deal for me !!!!! I knew this was the place ! My heart felt at home !!!! I asked my wife she gave me the green light , proceeded with the purchase, Gregg asked me for my ID I only had my military ID on me, Gregg says thank you for your service and gave me a 500$ discount!!! I walked out very impressed by the contact and interaction I had with these people !!! Than the watch !!! I think I loved the people first than I loved the watch !!! I highly recommend to anyone very safe place to purchase anything with eyes closed !!!!

Excellent service! I needed a new watch battery, which was completed while I waited, within 5 minutes. The date and time were reset and the fee was very reasonable. Plus, the person who helped me talked to me about some new products, without pressuring me to buy anything. I'm a fan of this shop now.

Went to the business and was quoted a week for my ring to be complete. Two weeks later I called in to see if my ring had been completed and was informed it would be 24-48 I would receive a phone call. After 72 hours pass without a call, I go up to the store and there’s a sign that they are closed for the next three days. Save yourself some time, go to one of these major stores.
