They've built 2 carports on my property at this point. Showed up when they said they would and worked fast. Very happy with the quality of work. They're a smaller local business in Kent City and I'm happy to support them and bring them work over the major Steel building installers. Professional on the phone and took the time to run me through the options and pricing of different features. Not pushy about selling you their best either. Though I did buy the best they offered both times.

Also the reviewer who noted that their deposit reimbursement check bounced is very confusing to me. The deposit is non-refundable if you cancel your order and it's only 15% of the total cost they are asking for up front. The rest you don't pay until the building is done. If you cancel your order what are they supposed to do with the specific color and length of product you wanted? Hope someone else needs the exact same thing?

Just got the 3rd R/V roof put up this year by them. Great job on all 3! Tried another company first that cashed my security deposit, gave me the runaround and refused to put it up, then refused to give back the non-refundable deposit back. Was told by the owners of the other 2 roofs to call G&C, so glad I did! Thanks again

I had a 20' x 40' carport installed. The three guys that did the work were very hard workers and they did an Excellent job.....very friendly......left no mess.....Great job guys!
