I love this place just hate that I didn’t find out about them earlier than I did 😤I blew thousands on raw. G&C is by far the best I came across and way more reasonable than even kibble and for sure raw. My 2 American Bullies love ❤️ it and I will definitely be getting much more next go around the lady that I spoke with was very polite professional and helpful she made the process much more easy I had a great overall experience from G&C. 💪🏽👍🏽🙏🏾💯.

I have been a customer of G&C since 2018. Absolutely amazing quality food, but horrific business management via Cassie Brumbaugh. Multiple issues with the company getting the address right. I specifically asked about a delivery to my new address because I'd be out of town and they delivered it to the old address anyway and said it was my fault. Yet, they told me what the delivery fee would be to the new address. Cassie then proceeded to be rude on the phone, yelling over top of me talking and eventually hanging up. Things were great when Cathy ran it but the entitled queen Cassie who is taking over is tanking the business. She has made it very clear she does not want me as a customer any longer.

While G&C claims it is my fault for not checking their work, I have the email with the address I asked them to deliver to. This company is awesome at not taking accountability, as evidenced by how frequently they show up late for pickup and offer ZERO communication. They claim I was aware of where they delivered, however I could not get to my phone until the afternoon. I did not realize I had to babysit them while they did their deliveries. There also seems to be a reading comprehension issue as they continually spell my name wrong, which is spelled correctly in my email address they write to. It is truly my fault for not cutting ties with them earlier as they are completely inept at running a business and blame their customers for everything.

I've been ordering raw food and recreational bones from this company for a few years now. I'm always very pleased with the products that I get, and Cathy is extremely accommodating and helpful. My dogs thrive on this food and they really love it.
