Always fast, friendly and honest. Bought 2 vacuums here nearly 20 years ago now and they're still going strong. If I needed another, they'd be my first choice. In the interim, I get my bags and parts here which were cheaper than amazon....

Delighted! I even called the shop to say I'm not just happy - I'm delighted. My barber suggested taking the 1958 Pfaff 229 sewing machine to K&G Appliance, saying they could fix the timing problem I'd struggled with. The machine sews PERFECTLY now! On top of that, it's been cleaned and tuned at a very fair price. The next time I struggle with any of my antique appliances - this is where I'll go.

I recently took my Kenmore canister vacuum in for repair. The motor in the floor beater attachment kept stop/starting. After inspection, Chuck (the shop owner) responded very quickly with an estimate, ordered the part and made the repair. The work was completed as and when promised. If you are in need of an honest repair shop, G & F Appliance is the place for you! I was very happy with the work!

They did a great job performing a tune up on my grandma's sewing machine. I was so happy to be able to use it for Christmas gifts. The only reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 is when I went to use it the first time after repair I noticed I can't wind a bobbin. They do offer a warranty with their service so I will be returning to have them look at that. When fixed I'll update my review & rating. Otherwise they were quick, courteous, and the warranty is a great reason to bring your appliance here.

Very kind, courteous, and professional. He knows how to fix a vacuum!! I have taken both of mine in to him for bag changes and regular maintenance. They sound like they are brand new!! (They are at least 20-30 years old). He does great work quickly and very reasonably priced. Don't give up on your older vacuums until you see him!!

Turn around time for my sewing machine was less than a week and the repair/tune up was perfect. My sewing machine runs better than when I bought it new. The prices are unbeatable too. Other places charge $100 just to look at the machine. My total was $80 including a tune up and repair.

Excellent and fast service on two sewing machines! I dropped off Kenmore and Singer machines yesterday afternoon with multiple problems, and they were done today, all for the price of a tune up. G & F has my business going forward!
