Very eager to get your business. They tell you all these promises but they do not come through with them. The sales man will tell you whatever you want to hear to get your business. We got flooring put in upstairs in our house. It was supposed to take two days and ended up taking 5. The flooring installers were extremely messy and tried to cut corners. They got paint all over the new floors and on our walls and didn’t clean it up. They also didn’t clean and sweep any of the mess they made. (After we were told that they would clean up) There were still pieces of our carpet all over the new floors and everything was covered in dust. We have multiple boards that have scratches in them and a board that has a chip in it. When we pointed it out they said they “couldn’t see them.” We sent pictures to the company to show them the issues and they finally sent a salesman out (not our original one. He’s disappeared after he made the sale) we showed him the scratches and the paint. He was extremely rude to us and told us it wasn’t a big deal and they would have to tear everything out to fix the scratched floors. They were extremely irritated and made multiple rude comments. We payed a lot of money for a job that was not done well.

We hired G. Fried Flooring America to replace our downstairs flooring nine months ago. They did such an outstanding job that we hired them again last month to replace our upstairs flooring and we could not be happier with the results! The flooring on both levels of our house is absolutely gorgeous and we are frequently complimented on how beautiful they are from family and friends! Next up was our kitchen backsplash and once again we tapped G. Fried to complete the work. As expected, it too turned out beautifully! The craftsmanship of every one of G. Fried’s installers has been absolutely impeccable!! We could not be more pleased with the level of professionalism, care, competency, talent, and quality work by each one of these individuals! We deeply appreciate the G. Fried team, Alan, Marcelo, Lucas, Renaldo and everyone else that we have had the pleasure of working with on our home projects! Thank you all so much for helping to turn our vision into a reality!!

Fantastic experience from start to finish. I was referred to Philip in Sales who always answered all questions promptly and kept us in the loop during the entire process. I recently bought carpet for my house (5 bedrooms and stairs) and for what could have been an overwhelming decision, the experience could not have been easier. From my initial visit to the store, Philip was very knowledgeable about the various carpet styles and materials, and was able to recommend a carpet type that would work best for what I needed. It was easy to check out samples to make sure I found the right carpet color for my home, and the ordering process was straightforward and simple. The installers did a great job, I am very impressed! I absolutely recommend Flooring America Tampa to anyone looking for new flooring.

Extremely happy with G. Fried Flooring. Sales Mgr. Kevin Lamb offered several choice options to replace my old worn floor, very helpful. Reagan removed the old flooring cleanly and Master tile installer, Telmo did a wonderful job installing the new tile, grouting and cleaning the tile. All were very professional and very accommodating. I highly recommend them and I am thrilled with their work!

I had an amazing experience at this store. From the moment I entered the store, everyone was very accommodating and helpful specially that my time line was very tight. Alan in sales actually pulled a miracle and got me a whole house carpet ordered and installed in record time and the installation was perfect and looks great!! I definitely recommend this store and would give them more stars if I could.

Philip helped us in the store to make a decision on what carpet to choose. He made sure to show us all the options and go over the specials they were currently having. The install team of Marcos and Maria showed up at the early end of the time window and made the carpet look beautiful when installing it. They helped move furniture to help make my life easier as well.
