Went in today during my break and I was in and out in no time. The nurse was super helpful and friendly. I asked how soon my potential employer would receive the results and she made it clear that they just collected samples and sent them out but that they would be mail out same day. Awesome service and I highly recommend their service to companies needing drug screens!!

Horrible customer service. Staff did not give back my husbands driver's license, nor did they call to let him know they did not return it. We called next day for them to tell us they were closed and there was nothing they could do...IF they were near the office they would let us know. My husband has had to reschedule a flight because because of the lack of accountability and communication.

The response to this review is laughable. The person I spoke to on the phone did nothing but blame my husband for leaving his ID...he did not accept responsibility for NOT returning it. So you couldn't even call my husbands employer to communicate that your staff didn't return his property? Was that too much to ask? IT SEEMS YOU AND YOUR STAFF NEED A CUSTOMER SERVICE CLASS. No excuse for your lack of...and your generic "apology" means nothing after the way you treated us on the phone. DO NOT HIRE THESE PEOPLE. MOVE ON!
