Hi G&G Medical, I was visiting Steamboat Springs, FL from Orlando, FL and got altitude sickness and needed oxygen. Steve delivered my equipment very quickly and did an awesome job explaining how to operate the equipment and manage the oxygen intake. He was very knowledgeable and cordial. As miserable as I felt is presence and demeanor made my stay better. Then when I got back home the follow representative that called my on Tuesday August 20 also was very friendly and thorough. It clear that G&G focuses on customer care. I would use them again.

Fantastic service
I needed my records and sleep study information sent to a new doctor's office in Florida from Craig Colorado. It was at least 10 years old she found me right away, forwarded all info with total professionalism and joy

My prescription for 02 ended on 4/21/2024 with a note to G&G stating that fact. With that, I called G&G expecting them to not bill me for any more days as my Doc had indicated to them, and to come pick up their equipment that was in my house. They said sorry for ya, we bill monthly and then did not pick up their equipment for 9 days after that. Grossly NOT fair to keep billing a customer when that service was ended by their prescribing physician. I'd give ZERO stars if I could. I should be paid storage for keeping the equipment in my house for 9 days.

They drag their feet to get equipment you need. My boyfriend had to go down there and stand there and let them know he wasn’t leaving without the nebulizer. This is beyond ridiculous!!!

They overcharge vastly for their supplies, they are much cheaper on Amazon!! Then they sent the wrong masks, and if you don't call within 3 days, you can't return. Now I am out $208 for masks I can't even use!

We have tried to order supplies for Cpap machine and they keep saying sorry but we do not have an order for you on file. 4 months we have tried to get out order in. This is a patient safety issue!
