I was instructed to come to G&C in order to get an emissions and safety inspection on a fleet vehicle for my company. When I called they answered almost immediately and did not place me on hold. Once I arrived, I was greeted immediately without having to step foot out of my vehicle. I am extremely impressed with the quality of customer service, the speed in which they completed the emissions and safety inspection, and the overall atmosphere of the shop is welcoming and very customer friendly. If G&C were closer to home you better believe they would always get my business. I hope someone from my area can take lessons. This is how you treat your customers! I am not qualified to say if they are the best BUT you will be hard pressed to find someone who does it better. Thanks G&C! I hope to have the pleasure to do business with you all again in the future!

I needed a mechanic for my son’s car where he is residing now in Chantilly, Va.
His car stopped working and I just called the closest mechanic near his home.

Wow this is a great find! Free charging and shuttle service. The staff are super friendly too. Matt helped get my Jeep charging and gave me a tour. They even do tires and state inspections. Will definitely be back. Thank you G&C!!

Tldr; a waste of time for everyone involved. Incompetence begets incompetence. Find a better shop.

Scheduled oil change and a state inspection. Before getting off the lot during my appointment, I was told that the state inspector said he would fail me because my truck rack is blocking my third break light. Here's my third break light, everybody. I know it's a tough find. I really gotta search for it here.

Update: to: G&C Tire. No, you did not work on my vehicle. I scheduled an appointment during the week and showed up for work to be done. As I was entering the shuttle to go to my own job, I was told the inspection tech would fail my truck without even looking at it, despite the truck having made every inspection since 2017, in VA. I took my photo at 6ft of height, and the truck has a lift kit. I'm not interested in your call, nor will I change my review.

Had 2 state inspections done there. Excellent service. Very nice people. I had a conversation with the tech who did the inspection on my Tesla. Very personable and a pleasure to speak with. Love the fact all the old glue is off and the new sticker is straight. I’m particular about those things. I will be bringing my cars there for future work.
