They are the best especially Dimitri. I get help every time I call for anything to do with my apartment. He works with you and help you the best way he can. I believe they forget about me being a tenant half the time cause I don’t even call for nothing because there is nothing wrong with my apartment.

Fantastic management !!! They are prompt with any housing issues. They are experienced, courteous, and friendly; ur not just another paycheck or customer but a family member. They even call u for u birthday!!!!! I've been with them for 10 years and still get a birthday call!!! Definitely 10 out of 10 !!!

I must say that Grinberg Management has been the best "landlord" I have ever had.Througout my years of living in rental apartments, they have provided me with unparalleled support whenever there was something that needed to be done. I have been with Grinberg Management for about 9 years now! I can honestly say that they have helped me throughout the years! From struggling during Covid, not being able to pay rent with them, assisting me with rental assistance programs to help alleviate me of the stress! Just recently, my daughter fell ill and they were able to move me in two months time to a more appropriate apartment with less steps to accommodate us during an already difficult time! They were so helpful through the process, and I truly appreciate all staff there, even the owners have assisted me providing a basket to me during our move from an apartment we lived in for 8 years although the transition was difficult they made sure the process was smooth!
