Phyllis is a good person to work with but when it comes to everything else you will suffer. When I moved into the apartment complex I’m renting at Cloverfield Lane I pretty much had to do a lot of the cleaning myself, a lot of things were broken, and some things still are. Thankfully the big things that were bothering me they fixed, but not everything yet. My apartment leaks when it rains, but I was told other people experience it as well and to just clean the rain up. Lastly the parking is a part of the lease but they always tell you to message the person that deals with the parking and he doesn’t reach out to you at all. Like it does not make sense if a person is on the lease and the person that handles the parking permits does not email you back when you need parking, or you have to get him on his time. The minute I get the lease I should be able to get a parking permit asap. That is not the case with them. I would not recommend renting at their Cloverfield units because you will definitely suffer, they are money hungry that’s all I have to say when it comes to their parkings. You can’t even have your family come visit if they wanted to because they only have like 2 visitor parking spots available that are always taken. All I have to say is rent with anyone else, I have never seen any apartment complexes with only like 2-3 visitors parking spots. It’s honestly ridiculous.They don’t care about people at all, they only care about their business. Again, RENT FROM ANYONE ELSE OR YOU WILL EXPERIENCE HELL WITH THIS COMPANY. My car got booted for apparently being double parked. If you want to struggle be my guest. You can barely see the lines as well when it comes to parking, they make all that money booting people’s cars and can’t even fix their damn parking spots to where people can see their lines. I have never ever in my life lived at a place where there’s only like 2 visitor parking spots and you get booted even for having the tag on your car. Honestly don’t walk to find some other place RUN. DON’T RENT WITH THESE PEOPLE THEY WILL HAVE YOU STRESSED T* out.

This is a great company to work with. I have rented from Group One for a little over a year now. I couldn’t be happier with my experience. Over the past year the older rental I have been staying at has had a few repairs needed. Phyllis and Tami were on top of it right away. I told them I started to notice a smell from the AC and recommended they adjust the sprinklers and clean the unit. The next day a guy shows up and completely replaced the unit! If you are worried you won’t find a good company, stop your search here! Only property management I will deal with. Thank you Group One for your amazing work!
