Bought a casual t-shirt in a package (size xs). wasn’t able to try it at the store because it’s in a package so went home and tried it on. the shirt didn’t fit. Went back to the store to exchange or get another item and was unable to. The return policy, I understand, no return on undershirts but it didn’t fit! i was planning on getting something else/spend more on another item if there wasn’t another size. I feel that the store wasn’t understanding or accommodating.

The Merch is fetch; however, all products run small. i.e.: 2x is less than or equal to a Large.
I could not find a suitable size for items I wanted and left empty handed...

Best store in the DMV for unbelieveable deals on incredible streetwear. Hope this store stays around for years to come as I love to come and load on their coolest tees and denim.

I have ordered G-Star jeans online and ups says it delivered to garage . I have checked everywhere but was not able to find my package . Have raise a ticket with G-Star and all they say is package was delivered to your house . I lost $90 . This was my first purchase from G-Star and will never buy from them again .

The quality of the products doesn't correlate to the price tag. Designs are good however, hefty price unless you don't mind spending.
