I couldn't have been happier with my experience at this property. I wanted to treat my mother and aunt to a wonderful seaside experience and this house did not disappoint.
Stacey went above and beyond to ensure that our time at the house was perfect!

From the seamless check-in to the moment our time at the rental came to an end, Stacey's communication was impeccable.
One of my apprehensions about renting private residences, is that the owners won't clean or reset the house properly after previous guests. This house eased all of those fears. It was extremely clean and felt like we were the first people to live there. It was even set with some nice amenities.

The property is spacious and even better than described in the listing. The views are breathtaking and felt mostly private. The only noise at night was the beautiful sound of crashing waves.

We are looking forward to a return trip!

This condo is in a great location - close to CN Tower, the convention center, ScotiaBank Arena, Rogers Stadium, the harbor ... all the times!

The condo itself is very nice and clean. Having a washer/dryer and a dishwasher are wonderful for longer stays. The bedrooms are small, but the beds are very comfortable!

10/10 Highly recommend

I wanted so badly to love our stay. Several issues came up while we were there: floors were absolutely filthy, the pool and jacuzzi didn’t have enough water, the advertised pizza oven didn’t work, and one of the showers was broken. Despite all of this, we had a lovely weekend and so I rated her a 5 star on air bnb’s platform because I didn’t want to mess up her potential business when she was apologetic and responsive to these issues. When we left she sent me a message and thanked me for leaving the house in such good shape and cleaning. Then, seven days after we left, she sent a damage request for $600 claiming we broke a door (we did not). After a month of fighting this, we finally got our security deposit back. Thankfully I took pictures before we left as proof of how we left her house. Since we have left there is another family who has unfortunately faced the same issues.

We went to Toronto for a work conference and this house was perfect for the three of us. There are a lot of food and activities within five minutes walking.
The house is very nice, comfortable, and clean. The host was very helpful and friendly.

I rented an apartment for a month for myself, my son and my cat. I was very pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and amenities. I felt at home. for those who like to cook at home, a reminder that the apartments have many suitable appliances to replace the lack of a stove and oven. It was a little chilly on cold days, but the heater helped with that. Overall, I am very glad that my first acquaintance with Toronto began here, because the area is really pleasant and calm. If my loved ones come to visit me, I will know who to contact to accommodate them.
