We have been in one of Billy’s apartments for nearly 3 weeks and have just booked for next year. This is not our first time. It is spotless Billy and his staff are absolutely lovely can’t do enough for you. Cleaner comes daily sheets and towels changed frequently can’t fault it. Who ever wrote that review before this must have stayed somewhere else because none of this is sounding true to us.. we don’t have any cockroaches tell me are they included in the price. We do not know anything about all these brothers have only seen Billy (Irish) working hard. Be back next year. As many others do.

Puerto de Mogan is quite small but these apartments are right in the heart - yards away from shops, restaurants and bars - and only a couple of hundred yards away from the beach. We stayed here for Xmas/New Year 2022/23, Same again this year and have booked again for 2024/25! Many thanks to Antonio and Aurella on Reception - great service as usual and lovely people - and to Cloti our housekeeper. See you in December guys!

Just had fantastic 10days at billys 2 bed apparments 3 of us loads of space very clean lovely pool and pool bar billys reasturant is a place you do t want to miss food is top class the waiter jez is amazing this is our 3rd time back and we have booked again with more friends . Billy himself is a great man makes you fill very wellcome just love this place .

This is business owned by a family of three brothers and one Sister. Keep well clear. They each blame the other, if you complain about anything. Rotten games, still owed a €1000. Cockroaches everywhere. Little black insects get in to even closed food boxes.

This review is for Marina Puerto Mogan Apartments. I was unable to find that exact name on TripAdvisor to leave a review, but I do believe this is the same company that manages all the Marina Apartments?||My arrival was less than stellar. The reservation office was closed, and I was given directions via email on how to find the keys and my apartment. I had no idea where I was at, and the Asian woman (was unable to get her name) I asked who worked at the restaurant where I thought I was supposed to inquire about the key, was not friendly or nice or helpful at all. Thankfully her young daughter who was helping her mom at the restaurant took pity on me and helped me find my keys and my apartment. She was an absolute doll, but overall I was very unimpressed with the arrival/welcome process.||Moving on. I absolutely loved the apartment! Situated right over the main square of the marina. Looking over the restaurants and boats on the water. I LOVVVVED the location and views (once daylight arrived the next morning).||Apartment was very simple, lovely, clean and spacious. Nice layout. Super awesome fridge. Kitchen was equipped with everything you would need. Definitely could have shared the space with a friend, as they could have slept on the pull-out couch in the front room. Loved the double doors and the small balcony that I enjoyed sitting on daily! The private rooftop sun deck was out of this world! Sun loungers and umbrellas with views of the mountain village on one side and the marina on the other. Outstanding!! ||The doors also opened from the bedroom which I loved to look out of late at night and early in the morning.||The location could not have been more perfect. A 2-second walk to all the restaurants on the Marina. A 90-second walk to the breathtaking beach. Absolutely perfect location. A small village feel. I ADORED Puerto de Mogan. The area is so incredibly beautiful. Better than any photo or postcard. All the bright and blooming bougainvillea. The purple blooms of the jacaranda trees! The clear water. The blue skies! The sunsets! All the wonderful restaurants and awesome vibes.||The gentleman who answers the phone at the office occasionally (Alfonso? Alfredo? Antonio?) is very nice and I would like to have been able to work with him personally while I was visiting.||However, I was quite underwhelmed by the customer service I received from the reservation office in general. I received wrong information for a day roadtrip I planned for my first full day. It is obvious the woman was unable to share factual information about where she was sending me and I had quite a frustrating day on the roads of Gran Canaria. Thankfully, I got rid of the car and took ferries and walked the rest of the time. ||More importantly, I requested the woman to reserve a taxi for my very very early morning flight back home. Sadly, the taxi was a no-show, the reservation office was closed, and I was not given any emergency or back-up contact info or number for the office or the taxi company, so I was stuck waiting alone outside at 4am by myself Googling and calling number after number and praying I could find a taxi that would show up in time to get me to the airport for my departure flight to Madrid. I was really stressed out and upset about this. I felt super vulnerable and helpless! I am certain that things happen that guests may need immediate assistance with after 6pm and before 9am, and I believe Mogan Apartments really needs to provide guests with an emergency after-hours number. Other than these problems, I absolutely loved my stay, but I would be hesitant about staying here at the apartments again due to these issues, unless my flight times were well within reservation office operating hours. |

We had a wonderful time during our previous two visits. The apartments are spotless with all the conveniences of home, or more, especially since the Cleaning Staff are efficient and friendly. The Office Staff are equally friendly and always extremely helpful. As for Billy, he has a great personality, full of life and laughter. I look back with fond memories and look forward to further visits.

Puerto Mogan is the most beautiful quaint quiet little resort made all the more special because of Billy’s bar & restaurant & immaculate apartments . Once you arrive you know you will be looked after as if you were family . I have visited with family friends & solo & this place has never once disappointed me . I leave wishing I had booked an extra week no matter how long I have stayed or who has joined me on holidays

This is our 3rd time here and we usually love it but we won’t return again. Had this booked for 2 years and kept rolling it over due to covid. Kept in regular contact with the staff and explained how much we were looking forward to coming and gave a number of rooms we would be happy to stay in given we know the place so well.|Arrived and were dumped in room 30 which is next to the noisy ship yard. The room is VERY dated and dirty. The shower had stains on the tiles and the toilet looks like it’s never seen bleach.|The washing machine on the roof had dead cockroaches in it and appeared not to work. We enquired at the office who told us there was a unmarked switch in the apartment that turns on the power to the roof. It might have been useful to tell us this on arrival.|We went to the pool only to be told the pool bar was closed until the end of June. The pool therefore lacked any atmosphere and you were unable to get food or drink. Again surely guests should be told that a major feature is shut. Furthermore the glass between the baby pool and the main pool is an absolute disgrace. All this time closed during covid the owners could have cleaned it!|We won’t return here again and feel let down.
