Working with CMS has always been a pleasure. Their office personnel are diligent and thoughtful. We have always dealt with Pat as our repair technician and he is wonderful. He is an upfront and honest person who really knows a lot about pressure sealers. My company is in the payroll industry and so response times when we have a mechanical failure are very important - CMS does not disappoint!

i am more than impressed with the level of customer service offered by Nate. We had such a great time just talking that I forgot he was there to fix our machine, which he did quickly and professionally, all while maintaining a professional/joyful attitude AND educating the staff on the machine's operation. i would give more stars if i could....oh wait i can. 10 stars for a great service and experience. thank you, Nate!

Our company recently updated our postage and folding machines to the Quadient ix-5 (postage) and Neopost ds-75 (folding) machines. Both of these machines are so much faster than the ones we had. Pat has been and continues to be great in assisting us with whatever our needs may be. He responds in a very timely manner and is always quick to assist us with his expertise.
